Scammers calling non stop for my spouse for charges againdt him. Dude calls up to 5 times a day!!! Annoying!

They tried to get me. But they are so rude and unprofessional. I'm giving them a dime. Why would they tell you that their going to serve you. That's stupid.

This person calls and threatens to "serve you" and is very rude.  He wont stop till he talks to you.  It is all a scam!!!

Hey keep me posted in your investigation I'm a retired police man and would like a follow up investigation determining why these clowns are representing themselves as process servers and so called investigators-police.tks

This agency debt collectors called my family stating they had served me without speaking or seeing me then harassed my xwife  several times at her home and office.These clowns then stated that they were going to pursue charges against me for a delinquent loan and I would see them in court.This company represents themselves as law enforcement agencies and need to be punished under the full extent of the law.

got a call wanting to know when a good time was to serve me. Called a toll free number I was given and supposedly I got a pay day loan and they wanted to "serve" me so that I would go to court and repay it. They would give me no documentation and "Heather" hung up on me when I insisted that I would not be going to court  SCAM!!!

This person is clearly going through FaceBook and connecting dots between people that owe money and people they can find contact numbers for. Guy called my phone which clearly states my first and last female name that are completely different from the person they are trying to reach...who is also a man. Called back a few times after the threatening messages and refused to speak. Just sat there. But I won't let my voicemail pick up so another message like that can be left on my phone. What a creep.

i do not know how they do it but they are spoofing calls  like it is another number, just the scum of the earth

Receive this call today, stating that they are doing on an investigation on David Hernerdes and my number came up. Kept telling them they have the wrong number, but the female on the other end acted like she DID NOT believe me and wanted my name etc... Aggravating!!!

I just recieved a call from this number as well. I spoke with a female who was very aggressive stating that I was the person that she was looking for. I advised her of "my" name and then she apologized and stated that she assumed that I was the person she was looking for because of the number given. I then advised her that I was a detective with a local agency and she advised in a very rude manner that I didnt sound like one. So what does a detective suppose to sound like? I will definitely be investigating this further.

This moron Lisa Bowers (AKA who knows) called my govt. line at work and stated that the call was for someone else, and left a message on my voicemail for him and considered him "officially notified" well moron's it is illegal to leave a private voicemail addressed to someone else when it is completely understood that you are not contacting that persons voicemail, also it is against the law to make threats over a govt. line. Thank goodness we have the call taped and hopefully this will stop these crazy calls for all of you..... :)

Just got a call from this number or should I say CALLS. I did not answer at first so they kept calling over and over so I finally did awnswer. They made threats and gave me some kind of case # and and 800# to call.

I've gotten repeated calls from from a man claiming my name was someone else. When i  told him I was going to call the police he hung up on me. .

July 17th. This is still going on. Guy has called me a couple of times now. Guess one really shouldn't make fun of him if one wants to be left alone. They asked for ss number. Told them hell no. "John Davis" keeps calling in threating tone. Total scam

This is a total scam BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  So this agressive guy calls me today claiming that he was hired by a company only named "Global" to serve me with charges they have filed against me and that I better call this 888# or else he and the "Authorities" will arrive at my house and serve me. I could tell he was a total fake, very unprofessional, a real process server never gives u a chance to call and avoid being served....they only get paid if they serve u! Anyhow, so I call, assuming this is some new tatic the Collections gurus have developed to intimidate people to pay. And the representative can't locate me by name in his system so he asks for my Social Security Number instead.....yea right I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!!! Total scam!!! I did a google search, can't find any collections agency who's name is only "Global". Be careful, these folks are up to no good!

This guy called me all agressively today! Today scam! He said I had to call a company only named "Global" or he was coming to my house with the "Authorities" and serving me with the papers for charges blah, blah, blah......so I call "Global" and the representative can't find anything in his office under my name so he asked for my social to search instread.....no thanks! Total Scam! Don't trust it! Hang up!

Just got a call from this number stating i have charges against me this is a bill collector

Received a call from this number, did not answer and no voice mail was left. Called it and a recording stated "this investigation department number cannot receive messages" in a male voice, then a female voice states " there has been an error" and ends the call. I just blocked the number from calling anymore. Don't have a clue as to who this is.

They are calling about an employee here and leaving information regarding a claim and "serving" them.  The employee has nothing and this guy's name is supposedly John Davis.  He leaves another 1-800 number to call with some bogus claim number.  He is biligerant, rude and leaves informatoin with our receptionist as well as myself which a legitimate organization would not do.

I've been getting calls from them all day some guy left a message for me to call 888-698-8815 because of possible charges against me. They want information in order to "serve" me. when I call either number I am told the ext is on the phone and leave a message.
