He is trying to scam me now. I am glad I looked it up. Thank everyone. He wants me to send him $70 however I will not. Btw...281 area code is Houston. I happen to be from Austin so it would not be a bad idea to blow his scheme by sending my cousin who is APD to check it out. Some people frustrate me.

Definitely a scammer. I was so desperate for a private lender that I sent this individual $220 to cover his "lawyer fees and application". One month later no application and not a dime in a loan towards my account. Do NOT do it. He sounds fuzz on the phone, claims to be from Austin, TX but has nothing close to a Texas accent! I went against my better judgement on this one. Lesson learned. "If it sounds too good to be true, it usually IS." He promised me $15K at 5% over six years. Stupid me. I hope someone busts this clown!
