If you are coming here and you have Charter Communications telephone service, type *60 at a dial tone and it takes you to Charter's call blocking service (all automated). From there I had to activate my service by pressing "1", then I had to add this number by typing in 281-872-6247 then "#". It will confirm the number then you press "6" to exit and end the call. I did that and I have not received a call from them since.

I also added number 805-219-6220 to my block list, which is also on this website with other reviews stating their as shifty as this phone number was.

I want to report as a very aggressive and rude operator, She keeps calling, please stop!

This company needs to quit calling my house. It is always after 8 PM when they call. This is extremely rude and disrespectful.

Call from TMS. Claimed to be licensed by Reader's Digest to handle all subs. I said "no thanks" and hung up.

Don't know why they keep calling about 5:15 for the last couple of weeks....never leave a message....don't know nobody nor have business in 281 area.

2 years ago, this marketer billed my elderly mother's credit card for a 1 year subscription (at around $40.00) to reader's digest then sent her a bill for 2 more years!  She was already receiving it at the time (for $10.00/yr).  I called our local police department and reported it.  The police contacted this company and they claimed they called her and she wanted the subscription.  She didn't want it and claimed she never ordered it! After several phone calls between the police department and this marketer they finally reversed the charges on her credit card and cancelled the subscription. I ended up cancelling her credit card for fear of fraud and identity theft. Two years later (tonight) they called her again and she was confused by what they wanted (they said they wanted to talk with her about her account but she doesn't have one) because she no longer gets that magazine. I have her on the DO NOT CALL government list but that didn't seem to stop them!   BEWARE!!

Started with me today here in Delaware.  Haven't spoke to anyone yet, because  they call the fax line and I can't get to my office to answer in time lol.

I'm sick of these companies calling for no reason. Answered and they hung up. Now they know there is a live person on this phone, they'll probably keep calling. Even if they use another name, I have their number!!

If it has been awhile since you registed on Do Not Call you need to register again and BE SURE you go to Co Not Call and register a complaint about that #. when they call. I am finally seeing day light with these annoying calls that I let the answering machine pick up anyway but hate the phone ringing when I am busy.

woman asked for Mrs Hastings, when I stated my first name, she hung up.  I do not ever want them to call this number again.

Call from TMS LLC on Sept 18th at 5:27p

Wanted me to renew a magazine and wanted my Credit Card # . I refused  and hung up. She called back three times and I would not answer . Finally took the phone off the hook.

TMS LLC at phone number 281-872-6247 called to ask if I had received my Time magazine this week.  She said I was up for renewal, offered senior citizen discount (then confirmed I was a senior).  Said I would receive a call back to take my payment info.  In the meantime, I checked for a cheaper price to renew (via Amazon), and told the second caller about the cheaper rate.  She responded that she would " note the account".  Afterwards I checked my expiration date...8 months away...and suspected the scam.  Phew!  I am usually quicker than that!

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!  They are just trying to get your credit card #.  They said they were calling about a renewal notice for TV Guide for $119.00 and that it was incorrect and would be voided.  They wanted to give me a special "preferred rate" for subscribers over 50 for $69.00!  They had my zip code, and said someone would be calling back to "set up billing", but I didn't think they meant within a few minutes!  I was already suspicious, because I have never gotten renewal info for TV Guide over the phone, so I checked my subscription and it  runs through January of 2015!  When they called back ( a different person) I said that I was not going to renew something that  doesn't expire for a year and a half, and she said "Didn't you understand what set up billing meant?" (very sarcastically) and I said I thought they meant verifying my address...I repeated my refusal to renew now, and she said she would even drop the price lower and give me her "employee rate of $59.00!".  I said to send me something in the mail and I would think about it...so she hung up!  I called TV Guide to report it and they said that of course they don't use any service for billing.

Just got a call from a woman wanting to know how I am enjoying my TV Guide subscription.  I told her it wasn't really her business.  She told me she is cancelling my subscription and hung up on me.

When I get these harassing telemarketing calls,  I have fun with them.  I pretend to be interested in what they are selling, and then when they ask for my credit card number, I ask them to hold on while I get it.  I put the phone down (don't hang up) and go about my business.  After I put them on hold for 10 minutes (and they haven't yet hung up) I hang up the phone.  "If you're handed lemons, make lemonade".

Asked to speak to me, pretended to be someone else, said I was out of town.
Said they would call back on Monday, said I was out of town for 3 months.

Thru my phone C. Century Link I am able to block up to 25 numbers and this number is number 24

Got a call at 9PM. They refused to say who they were or what they wanted.

Calls several times a day/night.  Latest call 7:47est on 6-10-2013

they call and hang up before I can get to the phone - after 3-4 rings. call came in at 8:11pm CDT. what is the use of having your phone numbers on the Do Not Call list?

They talked to one of our Alzheimer patients that plays on the phone...who knows what they promise them.

My subscription to TV Guide expired Jan. 28, 2013 with notices starting last Sept. to renew. My last issue was Feb.4th. Then they send another one Thurs. Feb.21 for next week. Last night Feb.22 I get a call from this number, on the answering machine you hear people talking on phones in the back ground the person waits about 6 seconds the you hear a sigh and he hangs up. This morning they called back phone rings three times and they hangup before answering machine picks up, then called right back and hung up after the first ring. They did this three times. Getting ready to send them this issue back in a big box COD. Then the blank renewal card that says no postage necessary if mailed in the US, they pay the postage when they get it.

Calling to renew subscription and we are not Interested. Called back after rude woman claimed she would renew my subcription which i said I was not Interested in. Calle BBB to report this number.

Called 7:29 AM 11-28-13.  CID "Total Magazine".  Thankfully did not answer.

Just got a call from this number at 8:00 PM. Caller ID said "TMC LLC". My father-in-law holds a subscription to TV Guide but it has almost another year left and has been completely paid for. I chose not to answer so no telling what story they were going to give. Now that I have looked thIs up, I am debating whether or not to answer and tell them "not interested and don't call back!"

They called me about a subscription that still has 2+ years left on it and when I asked if they knew when the subscription was up said its on the mailing label to which I said I know what it is, I wondered if you do.  And she hung up.
