Who is this caller

The phone number this organization leaves with those they call is MY PHONE number not their 890-3338!!!!!!!!!!

ATT tells me it is one assigned by one of the cell phonies and they show the number has never been assigned by ATT!!  So, I get phone calls at 11:00 PM from irrate callers saying I just called them!  When I ask about what number, they give me my phone number, when I have been asleep for a couple of hours at the time of their call.  They don't believe me, and I am angry at the people who call them!!!  Great way to spend an evening.

Got a call from this number at 8 pm. I said "Hello", and there was no response. Googled the number, and found this page.

Called the number back 281-890-3338, Was told not a working number. I waited 1 hour after they called to call them back.

Recieved a call from this number too, Did'nt pick up . Looked up this number, found this page. Call came in around 8:00pm. This is a Houston number.

First a busy signal. Then a non-working number.

Gotta love how the phnoe companies sale consumers caller id and business users other more sophisticated methods to block are "fake" numbers.

Called twice today.  I didn't pick up, as I am flooded with these sort of calls.  Googled it and found this site.  I am in Texas.

called an my answer mechine picked up.  Didn't leave any message.  So I am not calling back

This number was on my caller I.D. on 11/20/08. No message. When I called it I got the message it was not a working number, or something like that. I assumed it was an dial out number only. I'm on the National Do NOT Call List.

I tried to call the number back right after they called me.... I got a pre-recorded message that said, "We're sorry...The number you dialed, is not a working number."
These idiots had just called me!!
If you can't call them back then it is probably some kind of SCAM!

Just received this call at 8:45PM, said Hello twice, heard background noise but whomever or whatever hungup!  Please don't bother as this wasn't the first call.

Yes. I recieved this call too. It said Unknown name. When I called it back, first it was busy. Second time I called back it said this is not a working number.

I have received numerous calls from this number, asking for donations for the State Troopers new program against drugs and alcohol I got sucked in once and sent them a check for $25 it was deposited in an account with a lady's name on it and I did receive some stickers. But I'm getting tired of this man's calls and I do think it's a scam even though I got stickers. I live in Texas.

I received a call from this number and decided to come on-line to check it.  I live in the state of Texas.

Just got a call at 6:30pm from this number and they didn't leave a message on my machine. Did a search and found this page...I know that 281 is a Houston area code...it is most likely a scam call.

Just recv'd a phone call @ 8:30p...Caller ID said "TX REGIONAL"..I let the phone ring. When I googled the #, I found this page.

The bastards call me too

If i get one more call I will call the police and lodge a complaint. The last time I did this, it took 10 minutes for the detectives to find out who did this and I never got a call from this number again.

I just got a call and the caller hung up on me after I said hello.

So what is the outcome of this forum, is anybody going to find out who this trouble maker is.

caller id said "operations division" no message

I received a call from this number asking for my wife.  When I asked who it was the caller replied "I have a message for your wife".  So I asked again who it was and they just hung up.  The call back number goes straight to call notes.  It must be some scam going on.

I got a call from this number, the man on the line said "Hello..." and then hung up.

I got call from this number and I picked it up nobody answered. 7.08pm CT

Called tonight around 7:15p.m CST and a gentleman stated they were taking donations for State Troopers. I couldn't hardly understand the gentleman so I hung up.

The caller pretended to be with the Dept. of Health and Human Services.  Told my mom her Medicare was about to expire and to write a check for $250 to get coverage for her family.  An Asion woman named Kim was part of the scam.

This number called me and asked for my husband. I told him that my husband was not home and he said he'd call back later. He was about to hang up and I asked if I could take a message and he said his name was David and then click. He had hung up on me.

I received a call from this number, no message left.  When I called it back, after 1 ring, it goes straight to Call Notes and asks me to enter my phone number, etc. as if I wanted to check my messages... weird.
