I have received 11 calls from this number in last 5 months!!

Called and said they'd been trying to reach me for 4 months to install the "free" water system that should have been installed before we moved into our new home 4 months ago.  They scheduled an apointment to come on Monday at 2 and of course they never showed because I told them they better not try to sell me ANYTHING.  Then they called Wednesday at 9:00 wanting to know if I would be home around 11 today for a technician to come out.  "No, Maam, I won't be at home today because I was at home on MONDAY when the apointment was scheduled and NO ONE showed after I waited all afternoon."  The person who called, Rachel, insisted that the apointment was for Wednesday and not Monday but when she connected me to the person who does the scheduling, the other woman verified that our apointment was for Monday and then she hung up when I voiced that I knew I was being lied to by the other employee.  What a joke.  I don't want these people in my house installing anything!  I would report them, but it wouldn't change a thing and it would just waste my time and tick me off more.

I also got a call.  "This is <mumble mumble.> "Is this Mr. ____?"  "Yes, I'm sorry, you're calling from where?"  ...and she hung up.  Again - Doesn't sound like a water softening company.
