Call from this number to cell...rang a couple times then stopped.
Presume this is a new tactic.... they can't be accused of "calling you" if you don't answer so then they HOPE you call them back.
This should be covered under the Federal Do Not Call Regulations!!!!

Just got a call 11/30/2911, 7:38 pm est. no msg was left. Phone showed it was a Texas number. Don't know anyone from Texas.

What this is it is a spam and they get these numbers from emails. If you entered your phone number in a email it will detect it and will spam your contact info. It gains access from thirdparty from the email that you use either yahoo,gmail, aol, etc...

Received a call from this number on my cell phone. I answered, and nobody replied. I called the number back immediately and it said "out of range". Just called again, and got a recording for some kind of prescription card. Needless to say....
