I got a "Gas Money" Scratch off with this number on it. Does anyone know if this is legit? I got 3 gas pumps and it says I won a free $1500 gas giftcard, but should I call?

I got this scratch-off ticket on my car window in Georgetown while I was working. I scratched it off just like everyone else and got three gas pumps. I got online to check it out and here I am. At the bottom of the backside it says, "This is a promotion for a homestore merchant." I have been to one of these a loooong time ago, it's a waste of time. They just try to get you to buy into their business and give you a prize based on the amount of money you invest in them. It's a scam.

I got this scratch-off ticket on my car window in Round Rock while I was dining. I took it home, scratched it off, got three gas pumps but I went online first because it seemed suspicious. It gives 281-907-0251 as a phone number to call if you've won but it gave me no business name or the name of the entity behind it.

So I googled the phone number and found this site. Thanks.

I got the same described card on my windshield at a Walmart in Sugar Land, Texas. I got 3 matching gas pumps and card says I "hit the jack pot". After research on the interest I confirmed it's a scam.

Survey
I got a "GAS MONEY" scratch off ticket as well, sitting on my windshield at Kroger. I called and was told to call back the following day. I did and they said someone would call me back. I got curious, looked around online. Turns out some other locations in Texas have had the same scam running. One guy said he did everything they said to do and it was to try to lure you to some seminar to buy stuff. They do ask a few survey questions when you reach someone but will not provide any information as far as ticket redemption.
