Not to discount what you said but it strikes me as a little primitive to hear that someone is going to cut someones head off and then they would have that person put their phone in there butt. All this over a request to have that person stop calling them. Doesn't that seem a little odd? Sounds like some a felony to me. This person should call the FBI and not the police. Did it sound like a terrorism? Kind of, huh. So if someone doesn't want to talk to them they will decapitate them, poop in their neck, mess with their wife, put the children in a slave camp and so on. Oh excuse me, I guess they would have to have the person "place" the phone and then go chop, chop. I don't know what substance/s your on, but please keep it to yourself.
Did AT&T also tell them cram it? What type/s of strange voices or devine visions have you heard and/ or had, in say the last couple of months.

Peter--can hardly understand him, says he is calling about my micro soft account. I do have a micro soft computer only about a 6 months old--I did try to set up a password for a micro soft account, so he keeps calling to get the virus's out of my computer. I was confused, he calls non stop 10 times a day asking if I'm in front of my computer? Not sure how to get this guy to quit calling-its been a month!

I answered this call and they wanted to talk to "Christie". The caller's accent was pretty thick; African or Philipino, I think. I explained that I was not "Christie" and asked them if they were trying to contact someone at (my employer's name). This led to a request to hold on the line, a second person came on (equally thick accent) and wanted to talk about educational opportunities for attending college or university. They wanted to know what year I graduated from high school or GED. I told them 1974 and since this didn't faze the caller, I told them my age in Spanish, hoping that they were latino and would 'get it' that I wasn't going to be interested in their college product at my age. This only confused the caller and led to a third person getting on the line who finally gave up when he asked if I was "Christie" and I told him no. He wished me a nice day which is more than my X-Wife would have done.
They'll probably never call me back either. If you avoid telemarketers, they'll pursue you. If you let them think you're not in their sales demographic, they may stop wasting their time with you. Then again, I am just now getting a call from (202) 697-7222. I don't know anyone in DC. Maybe it's the NRA.

I got a call from this number. They said they were from "the computer company" and they noticed several errors on my system. They said they could fix it from their location if I was in front of my computer and followed their prompts. BEWARE of this. What these theives actually want is access to your system, so that they can steal your personal or financial information. When I refused to cooperate, they got irate and cussed.

I just received a call from these guys. Now they're claiming to be DGLT Technologics. They had my email but this guys English was so bad that it was hard to understand him. He kept saying that detected a problem with my Windows computer. By this time the fact this is a foreign number (actual number was +2874717730) and the horrible English had already tipped me off that this was a scam. But I have no problem helping them run up that call tab! LoL! Anyways, Windows computer? Well that's vague, so I asked him which one? He said the one that uses my email! LoL! Guess they don't have multiple computers in every house there! So, playing along, I told him I had several! Some Windows, some not! I pressed him to tell me which one because if it had accessed their site then they would have SOMEthing to identify it other than email! You don't web surf from email! I said gimme the IP or MAC address, how about the OS? They know it's Windows, but not what version? He didn't understand what I was talking about! As if he didn't know there were different kinds of Windows!! So I said which one? XP? Vista? 7? 8.1? He he! I was about to suggest Pella windows but he exclaimed that I must be a factory, and hung up.
I have no trouble talking to them, mainly because it's their dime! I figure the more it costs them, the sooner they'll go belly up. Especially these international call centers! The Do Not Call registry only applies to American telemarketers. But, since it doesn't apply to other countries. American companies are who's hiring and training these people so they can get around the DNC registry. The company sends a manager there to train the employees on how to use the flash cards they use. That's why they hang up, or get frustrated when you say something that's not in their training repertoire. That's the only English they really know! Go off on a tangent and they haven't a clue, hence this ones inability to pick an OS version, or to rattle offtheiP address or anything like that. An American would have caught on at least enough to pick an OS! ROTFLMAO. I wonder how many Euros they had to pay for our little date! ?. Some of you get so much attention from them that I'd recommend renting a 1-900 number for them to call, or be forwarded too. Why shouldn't you profit from them calling you! ??
| Jules 2014-05-22 22:08:11 Unknown |
I have had 5 calls from them today in 30-60 min increments ! Totally annoying but I will it answer this call after what I have read!

I just got a call from 287-471-7730 also and he had a foreign accent telling me he was from some computer maintenance company and my computer was downloading viruses. I told him I didn't think so because my husband is a computer guru and he would have said something. The little creep hung up on me! I also get calls from numerous foreign accent people telling me I have been selected to receive $7500.00 in FREE government grant money. I told them I had not applied and nothing is FREE. Besides, if it was the US government I think they would hire people who spoke better English and you could understand them! They start cursing me!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA

I keep getting these calls, this time they said my computer is sending out a virus and they want to access it. The story has been the same, but the number keeps changing.
| Michele 2014-05-21 21:55:01 Unknown |
I received a call from this number and the man said that I'm downloading viruses to my computer and that I'm at risk for all these viruses. Of course upon further questioning to this rude man I asked him if my computer had a virus wouldn't I know about it? He said no. Lol. Look I'm a college grad and I was in the Marine Corps I'm not stupid at all. So I played along. Lol. So the man tells me that he can walk me thru a process on my computer. I told him no that if I had any problems with my computer I would take it to my guy locally. He said them I'm going to lock your computer. Oh REALLY? WELL let me talk to your manager. Oh boy did his tone change. He got very aggressive and asked why? And I told him because I thought he was full of stuff and there was no way he could lock my computer. Apparently he didn't like that I called his bluf and hung up on me! The scary thing is.... He had my email address. We all need to be careful when we get on line and sign up for anything: coupons, freebeies.... ANYTHING!! Your email address is scattered everywhere!
The best thing to do is to register your phone number on the "DO NOT CALL" registry!! It stops most calls. Good luck
