These dumbasses called me twice in one day and woke me up twice. Want me to take a survey and will give me a trip for my trouble.  Yea like that will happen.  I am on the DNC list, but it makes no difference to these jerks.

This number calls every day. It is extremely annoying. I never pick up- can see the number on caller ID. You would think they would give up after not being answered at least 20 times.

There uis no need to business like this, Phone solicitation has become a haven for identity theft and this type of solicitation should be banned. They are low lifes if their intent is not ethical.

Can you take the phone off the hook?

There is no excuse for cold calling people in violation of the laws.  Even washing dishes in a restaurant is a better job.

NEVER call them back.  NEVER press a number for any reason.  It just lets them know they got a live person.  

You might be able to block the calls.  Ask your phone company how.  
You can turn off your phone.  Thats perfect for while you are in church.
Put the number in your contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring".  That will keep the calls from interrupting what you are doing.

I had a missed call at 9 pm on a Sunday - I live in Southwestern Ontario canada- I called the number back- and apparently it was to take part in a survey that has now expired- as the automated voice said. It asks if you'd like to be removed from the list to press"9"  which I did and the auto voice says thank you- I hung up- don't know if they will try again later- we shall see?

and was asked to press 9 to have my ph# removed from their list.

I did this twice in a row - just to be sure.

Not happy getting this unwanted phone call at a solemn moment at church this morning.  Would like this caller to not call me again.

Thats not correct. They have little or no needs to have to buy the DNC list. All they have to do is plumb in numbers from a-z on a dialer or computer. Honest business must purchase the list and have proof of..
