This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

Picked up phone, silence on other end as well.  I think this number called before and it was the same thing, I say "hello", "hello" and the line is not disconnected but no one says anything.

Received call and let it go to voicemail with no message being left !!  I called back and recording said that the call (redialed as per telephone call received) could not be completed as dialed??  Obviously, the idiots are back at it !!
