This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers. The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.
If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

I keep getting calls from that number too 289 599 1971 then when I did answer it someone said please hold for a customer service representative well they are all scammers she wouldn't tell me where she was calling from like I didn't need to know can u imagine the nerve of these people I hung up I miss the old phones u could slam down

NMBR = 1-289-599-1971
Anybody who can alter their call display number to mask who they are & where they are calling from like this is a scammer, as far as I'm concerned.
