Phone rang at 8:55am.  No one on the other end.  Did a *69 to retrieve the number & got 289 789 1107.  Called it back and can't get anyone.  Outgoing line only.  No idea who this might be.

You call them none stop and pester them for general legal validation. It makes them red hot angry of coarse and you will need to record everything just in case it become a criminal investigation over the phone. You get the full name, address, and BOND NUMBER and the NAME OF THE INSURING COMPANY and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU TO CHANGE THE TOPIC. This information will bury the entire company with criminal fraud charges thus making them pay out to the courts to blow the case. That's when you get the judges bond number and the prosecutors and so forth until someone will stand as trustee liable. this is the true power of a man. The power to shape worlds by seeking out the true evil hiding in plain sight and holding it liable. There is no such thing as government anymore only registered criminal organizations.

If you know who you are and what you're not, you can dispatch these goons with some critical thinking and psycho analysis.

It is a criminal racket. Fraud extortion racketeering. They are 3rd party interlopers.

When they call they are looking for an agreement (your permission) and you can give permission in many ways. If you call them and reference there number your are joindering with the account, this is permission and forgiveness in one. Your silence is also permission (consent) by acquiescence.

When they call, and they will, you respond in this manner and only when you have voice recorder for the record and a line of questioning. They are looking for an agreement because they have no right to buy any debt in regards to you, unless explicitly covered in the original debt contract, so that all the harassment they have done thus far is forgiven. You must make your jurisdiction clear (animating persons and titles) because you can easily catch them constructing a fraud under the color of law to extort, harass, intimidate you into agreeing with them all of which are serious crimes with NO statute of limitations to lay a charge.

So when they call, be a stone face killer on the phone. Keep in mind, you are dealing with morally bankrupt psychopaths that would never tolerate what they do to you being done to them, and thus can never practice equality under the law. Psychopaths are incurable and seek positions of power which why we see the same ruthless behavior from purported servants (cops, lawyers, administrators, judges, representative and politicians.)

The dialogue goes like this:

caller: is the Mr. so and so?
You: Your first name, last name, employee number, bond number (very important) and insuring company.
                                         chances are they will never give you this info.
caller: i don't have to give you that.
You: we don't contract on the phone, please send all solicitations by mail.

And continues this for as long as you can and build a record. You will spend a little money but you can get an injunction for that entire business and have all the executives arrested and charged with the help of the sheriff, including the auctioning off of all there property and assets in violation of not only international human rights law but Commerce law under the UCC.

Once you realize that by them saying to you "this is the way it's gonna be!" with an aggressive attitude, is designed to get you to argue, complain, yell, shout, etc. All you have to do is conditionally accept. "I accept under the condition that you're not a f****ng idiot"...or something to that effect.

they have no idea what the laws are. You can easily sue them and most of the time they will pay you to go away especially when start sending the notarized bills for your time in administrating the matter.

Once you know the law, it's tough and hard to read and understand, it is designed specifically to disarm the common man and once you know the game, the possibilities are endless.

received call inquiring if a relative with same last name lived here(our home #). Ironically it was the same scumbag relative they were looking for that took a large inheritance owed to us. He himself is a lowlife scammer, wish I knew where he lived too, I hope they find him as much as they do. Wish we could change our last name.

I got hired by them awhile back and then went through there training and I had to quit.  All the techniques to make a person feel bad in owing money and how to make the person pay by making the person feel guilty.  Remember once your bill get to this company they paid the company for your file for a certain amount of money and even it its paid it can take years to get it off your credit file.  This company is so slow in reporting paid debt that I asked the supervisor why and all he could say was cause we can try to get more for the person.  Worse company ever.  If you owe a company try to contact them cause avoid them like the plague.

It is a group of fraud persons who are jobless and interested to earn some money after threatening.
Treat them bad. Also they charge when you reply. This is their business. Don't attend their phone calls.

They can get your number very easily through website and stuff as I did put my info on craiglist before. I received their call 4 times now and one time I answered and they were looking for a guy that I have totally no clue about. I told them that they took the wrong number but then they call again after a few hours (with phone number sightly different *1108). I answered the call again but this time nobody answered. I have no idea who they are after and why they keep calling me and use my air time. I don't know how to stop them from calling  me now. Stupid people.

This company is a real bill collections agency that specializes in the collection of unpaid fines in Ontario. I have dealt with them before, and It is not a scam.

This company has been calling me for days ... telling me that i owe $127 for a trip to Ottawa ...knew it was not Legit as i don't have a licence!!!! They gave me the Licence Plate # of the car i was apparently driving that day!!!! Very persistant that i pay the outstanding money with a credit card!! I hung up the phone to have them call me back immediately...very rude and insistant on getting the money!!!

I received phone call from this number many time early in the morning and evening. At first i thought it was important, due the frequency of the call. However the person never leave message, which frustrated me. My husband also questioned regarding this disturbed call.

I keep getting calls as well re city of Sudbury ,I told they have my number, if legit they also have my address as my number is listed, send me a letter explaining what it is all about. I haven't lived there for twelve years so I don't think I owe them a thing!!!

Got another call from these idiots...they are a scam...I don't owe anything to the City of Ottawa and they keep calling...I just told them they had the wrong number and now I am going to contact the police...

It also helped to know for sure that I had no unpaid fines. Apparently that is how they get people to send money...they make them believe they have outstanding fines.

Got a call from these people just now but I smelled a scam. They said they were calling regarding a matter and said they were retained by the City of Ottawa. I Googled the company ARO City of Ottawa collections (everyone on the other post in this forum said they were calling to collect old fines) Apparently the police have been contacted regarding this FRAUDULENT company by MANY people and that this is a SCAM. Watch out anyone who gets a call from this number. DO NOT give them any info (all they got from me was my name) They had my previous address, not the current one, and if they were really calling from the City and were "entrusted" with my information (like they said they were)  they would have had my new address.
When  told the guy I would contact the City directly, he tried to talk me out of it and get a bit forceful. So I said good bye...what I should have done was said do not call here again and take me off your calling list!!!

Stop Calling people at work!!!!   Dont let people make an arrangement to pay and then go away on vacation within that date that they've arranged to pay....when someone asks for something in writing GIVE IT TO THEM!!!!  You guys are ridiculous!!!  The verbal abbuse of "I dont see why u cant pay this right now" and belittling the person ur trying to collect from does NOT help...Im speaking about Matthew Dear personally...this guy is a goof and you guys would have your petty 130 dollars if it werent for jerks like Matthew Dear....
