I doubt this call was from phone the telephone company, because whenever you pick up this call, you will automatically charged fees. this is business cheating.

Also, when you search for 290 on the area code lookup, it does not exist.  This is some kind of hoax/scam.

Got a call from this number, they do not leave any messages.  Just trying to find out who owns this number.  When I call it, I get a fast busy.

Called and asked my by name. They wanted my information but the call was disconnected. I couldn't understand who they said they were with.
