I got this call a little while ago and the message said that it was a car warranty specialist.

got a call before from warranty guys. its automated and telling me that the car warranty was overdue. i called gm and asked if they are associated with this company and they told me "no." beware of this.

I got their call today also, how to get rid of it? how did they know my cell number??

Got this call too. So annoying. who gave our number away to these people!!

This is the third different telemarketing number to call my cell in a week. My number must have gotten out there somehow. Not cool.

I keep on getting a call from 1-301-223-0031.....it is really annoying because they call me everyday and then just hang up. I am tired of it! I call back and all I get is the operator recording saying it cannot be completed as dialed[the call]. I am so fustrated!>=[

I just got this missed call, and no message.  Very annoying.

Received this call today, pressed one for assistance, was thanked for calling (yeah, 'cause I called them to hear a sales pitch, right?), and was told that the call was about extending the warranty on my car. Then I was asked for the year, make, and model of my car, to which I responded by pointing out that they initiated the call, therefore, they could tell me the year, make, and model of my car. The guy then said that he didn't have that information, and I promptly told him to remove my number from the company's list. I then informed him that I would be filing a claim against the company with the FCC because the company had used an automatic dialing service and had reached me on my cell phone, which is in violation of federal communications law. He told me that he had removed my number and to have a nice day. He must be new at this, because when I've had similar calls in the past, I've been hung up on for questioning the caller. At least he didn't hang up on me.

I canceled my home phone because of calls like this were 2 - 3 a day now my cell phone.

They've been calling me for about six months.  I don't own a car and I am so sick of getting these calls.

Name of Company is General Warranty Services if you record the call we can sue them lot & lots of money. We can start a class action law suit for about 1,000,000,000,000 dollars or more

Number called and wouldn't leave a message. Based on what im hearing this could be a case of grand theft or fraud. If they asked you for your car information, credit information, or personal information i would call the authorities and let them know so they can tap their line and bust them.

Calls several times a day, have asked to be removed from the list every time.  Called Verizon and they will block the number. Filed a report with the FCC.

These people really annoy me.

Do not give them any information about your vehicle.  It's a scam! Just tell them to take your number off the call list.

Live in upstate New York, just got a call from this number. We have digital phone, and the caller ID on the TV screen said "AMERICA WRRTY" 301-223-0031... I figured for myself that "WRRTY" meant "warranty" so I did not answer. Called at about 12:53pm.

I got a call from this number at 2:05pm today. I've had 3 similar calls from 3 different numbers in 2 days.

Those aren't warranties and it's not a telemarketer. It's complete fraud.

Yep, just got a call from this number - trying to sell  me a car warranty. It was an automated call, though. Boyfriend said he's been getting calls from them for months.
