I think it from a Prison in Maryland.
Either way it is a Scammer.

I just got a phone call from this number.  I didn't recognize it so I didn't answer.  They left no message.

Just got a call here in ATL; fortunately I was on a conference call and didn't answer it. Thought it was a client, but looked it up first...glad I did! You get a busy signal when you return the call -- haven't heard one of those in years!

I just received a phone call from this number. The called about a 'special offer' from my existing credit card (without specifying which bank they where calling from or any other details). They used the excuse of a special discount on interest rate to try and get my credit card details. I did not give them any of my details, it is definitely a fraud. Do not giver them any of your info!

I got a call from that number this morning at 9:24am. No message was left. I am located in the Orlando area.

Hey, these guys are driving me nuts. I'm on the do not call list, but yet I get these call. I wish these guys could all be put in a beach front office at Getmo. Where they all can call each other until there fingers bleed and then take a nice swim with the local marine life.

I rec'd call from this nbr at 8:35 a.m. today. Same, no message. I never call back if I don't recognize the nbr & I always google the number 1st anyway.  What happened to the DO NOT Call registry??

Lower Your Interest Rate calls and Medical Alert calls are actually from debt collectors attempting to verify your phone number is still a good number to call, and are trying to collect any additional info your are dumb enough to provide them.  If you do not recognize the number calling, do not answer the phone.

No they won't be paying.  These are scam calls and are spoofed,  hidden and impossible to locate.
The DNC Registry is just a list and the FTC cannot chase down every hidden scammer in the world who places an unwanted call in the USA.

My situation is the same as yours. The call came in around the same time Saturday on my cell, no message left and I am on the 'do not call list'.

They leave no message.And when you call the number it is just busy. Must be spam

hmm my call from this was also on july 20 9:25 central... no voicemail. it seems it was a busy day for them considering all the people who probably are not leaving a message on this wall :) well, it's nice to know i just missed a spam call..i'll assign this number to my spam contact list and wonder if they'll pay a fine for violating the do not call list..

Called my cell phone # (Area code 605) on 07-20-2013, I disconnected call while it was still ringing.   Caller ID name was null, apparently, or nothing my phone could decipher.

Another one of the spoofed numbers used by the "card services" scammers in their attempts to rip us off. Google my name to learn how to stop their annoying calls, while also having some fun!

This is about the FORTIETH time these people have called, this was the first time on my cell phone, so I pressed one and said "If you a-holes call this number again, I'll report you to the authorities."  I've tried asking politely, I've tried blaring a siren into the phone.  I've tried asking questions.  These jerks are pathetic.
