Been getting calls from them daily at or about 4PM and 6PM.  Caller ID shows "WESTAT".  Never leaves a message, but  someone is breathing on the other end before they hang up, as if waiting for someone on this end to pick up.  Idiots.

I've gotten 3 calls from this number but wasn't available to answer.  They didn't leave a message and when calling back it's a generic message with no identification as to who it is.  I don't know anyone in Maryland and I'm on the do not call list.  WTH.

This us the is the 2nd time in a week I got a call from this number. 1st time they left a message for me to call back but never did. Today the same number called and they hung up on my machine. I called the number back and it said number was disconnected.

I have yet to answer any of the million or so times this number has shown up on my cell phone. They have called my phone at least once every day for about the last month. They even called on the morning of Nov. 26....THANKSGIVING! There is obviously no limit on what days or times they call.

These people are a nuisance, they keep calling, and calling at night, morning, why don't they get fined for this? Keep reporting them!

Receved a call from "Westat in Maryland, representing the Santa Clara Public Health" they gave me a 855-245-2037 number to call back although the caller idea has the 301 area code. They wanted to talk to someone over 18

Bull stuffing. There is ONE case of a woman being fined for doing it, but that was in Germany.

Please site court cases and show proof! Otherwise this is male cow bowel matter..

I just want to point out that while slamming the phone down seems OK, if you do anything beyond that like whistle or make unnecessarily loud noises in to the phone the person on the other end can claim you hurt their ears and have you charged with assault. Stupid but true.

got  call sat Sep. 7.13,sound was like older lady ,couldn't understand Her she called back & said She is calling behalf of Santa Clara county Health Dep. & start asking Q as If I live in house or apt , If I use Cellphone, I said yes ,Then she asked If we have  suppurate phone I said yes the she said thank you , we randomly chose ppl only with cell phone ,thank you & she hung Up ,,,,kind of Stupide & nonsense, but over all this PPL. are rude to call ppl's house ,,,,,so I called back the number that she was calling from ,& it is none working crape over all I think Old Lady had nothing better to do on her weekend ,....hehe

It is a research company. I was called by them doing research for a Santa Clara County Ca governmental survey on health and safety issues in my area.

Add you phone number to the National Do Not Call Registry @ https://www.donotcall.gov/. If you continue to receive calls from this number more than 31 days later, you can 'File A Complaint' from the same site. Complete this process before trying anything else. Our government needs to be made aware of violators the law.

You could also try to get in touch with your telephone service provider and see if they provide a 'blacklist' service. Most do. Almost every VOIP service offers this as a basic feature. I use VOIP for my home phone, and I have a blacklist that I can manage on their website very easily. I just added these a***oles to it, and now whenever they call, they'll get a 'disconnected' message, and I won't even know they called. I keep getting calls from 301.315.5901. They call 2-4 times per day. I never answer and they never leave a message. I screen my calls. 22+ calls in less than a week is an outrage. They won't leave a message. I don't know why they are calling me but VERIZON needs to keep their customers accountable for their actions. I tried calling back one of the times when I wasn't asleep or busy and it said their number is temp. disconnected. I tried 5 times and it said the same thing at various times. I am on the national do not call list and this is harassment and I want it to stop.
OH BTW I won't watch my language if those stupid moronic jackwagons actually let me pick up the phone when they call. I will tell them exactly how I feel.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN is conducting a survey of randomly chosen members. They hired Westat to conduct the survey which is the number that continues to call. BCBS sent something to me in the mail stating they were conducting the survey and Westat would be calling.

This number called me everyday for about 2 weeks so I finally answered. Man said he was doing a survey for my health insurance company. Not sure how they got my number because I am still under my parents insurance. I said I did not want to participate and man got very rude and kept insisting that I let him call me back another time and do the survey. I said no multiple times, told him to take my number off of the list and stop calling. I had to hang up on him because he would not give up. I work for a company that does outbound calling and when you say to stop calling and asked to be removed from their calling list you have to do it. They stopped for about a month and now the number just called me again today. ANNOYING.

Have received 18 calls since 07/18.  All hours of the day and evening.  Most of the time not home so answering machine takes call.  No messages left

I keep getting calls from this number and I don't even bother answering. I don't answer calls that I don't know where the number is from since I got charged for a bunch of ringtones I didn't solicit. I don't answer text anymore either. So now I have a very limmited use of my personal phone because of these marketers who rudely call me at all hours. Come down to the swamp you biotches if you need to talk to me. If you sellin something it better be good beer or boudan or you better be ready to bleed.

this number has been calling since i got my caller ID turned on and they never leave a message and i will not pick up unless i know who it is

They keep calling my cell phone number.  Finally they left a message, doing a survey for NOAA.  National Organization for Atmospheric Administration ??  I guess.  They have called at least 10 times.

Got a call from this number as a survey company asking if it was a home or a business, they asked if there was anyone in our house under the age of 14yrs when I said yes, then asked which company they were calling from they hung up.  I called the number back on redial and a man answered with the same voice as the survey person, but he denied calling.

This number calls and it seems to be connected to text messages I get monthly from 843-860-9797 a scam company Prepaid Legal multilevel marketing.  I have texted back to ask them to stop sending messages. They dont stop like they think I can't live without a membership. I am not interested in scams surveys or pyramid.
