Now calling from Kentucky .....

I'm working on it I blocked their number too they called back immediately twice in a row. That was actually today.....

These people have called me 4 times now from 3 different #s. Same as everyone else....just keep saying my number is being investigated for fraud. 1st call a week ago said this was their last attempt to reach me before filing suit in my county. Today I was told to call immediately.  How do I get them to stop calling and blocking the # doesn't work because they just change it. So aggravating!

Please anyone and everyone I'm asking u to think back to who called u before this litigation service....I know mine was arm solutions in California ....the name on caller I'd is the middle man thru internet ...Maryland  please do we have anything in common thru all this and these calls?

THEY CALL EVERY MONDAY STATED MY NUMBER IS COMING UP WITH FRAUD CHARGES,THIS IS THE SAMES SCAM THOSES "INDIANS" WHERE TRYING ABOUT A YEAR OR TWO AGO now using AA AND WHITE VOICES.

this company keeps calling my grand mother and says that I have bad checks floating and I need to make them good.  The funny thing about that statement is that I haven't written a check in 8 years.

Their doing the same crap to me just started calling out of nowhere exact story as mrs smith I had a bankruptcy 2 years ago they tell me their not breaking any federal laws by contacting bc their not interested in collecting money but all there saying is so called they but won't give any info

Received the same type of messg on my voice mail.  Callers name was Breanna Brooks.  Why cant something be done about these jokers???

Received a call from 301 358 9349. Woman left message that a fraud claim was being filed. I called back and spoke to Ray Davis ext 111 who says he is an affidavit company filing charges for a Pay day loan company. I contacted an attorney who said to record further conversations and that these people have no license or authority to do such filings. Also that any truth behind these accusations would have been sent via certified mail. Well this man. Couldn't product any dates of contact other than saying contact had been made via email. This is not a form of legal notification. Stated felony charges are being filed.
My advice is to ignore these threats and report these calls! They lie! They state they are calling from a firm investigation team at a law office. But surprise won't give the name ofthe firm!

Yeah... its a robotic message....also called me from 301-358-9348.  A search for that number does reveal any firm or business by that name.  I believe them to be scammers too.

I believe these people are scammers, keep calling my work.  I will not call them back

i RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AND AFTER NOT ANSWERING IT THEY LEFT A robotic MESSAGE SAYING MY TELEPHONE NUMBER IS ASSOCIATED WITH A FRAUDULENT CLAIM. I am so tired of these fools Obama needs to go after these fools instead of law abiding citizens
