I had the same thing happen to me I paid them $550 now another company calling me about the same thing I have my letter saying it is paid off in full im not paying it again

I wish I would have seen your post earlier, I owed a pay day loan and paid them $548. I just had another co call and told me they have a summons for me for the same loan that is paid off. I called Burkes and told them I wanted a letter by today saying it was paid off or I was sueing them.

This is not a legitimate company. They are not licensed and bonded. They called me repeatingly with voice messages stating "We have a case attached to your name and SSN and we are going to file charges against you in your local court"
