This is a CHASE BANK Credit Card delinquent account call.

Calling my cell number serveral times per day and not leaving messages.

keeps calling several times a day. Got a net 10 phone (no long didstance charges) spent all day calling them back (payback).

They are crooks.  For the past six years they have been charging me 32% interest on the personal account and 29% on the business account.  For no reason, always paid on time, never late.  

Story short, Minimum payments went up 50% more to $230 and of that only $1 went to principal the rest was just interest so in the six years of that I have ended paying the debt twice because I stopped using their card immediately after the fee raise and still show practically the same debt except $100 less.  Ridiculous.  Again big time scammers all so their CEO and execs get million dollars bonuses a year while we struggle to buy food and basic neccesities.

But I continued paying to keep my good credit.

Now my business is gone and I lost my job, have just missed last months payments and they are constantly calling day and night. Told them my situation but they still keep calling demanding money.  Well as of today my phone got disconnected for non payment, so they will get a not in service recording.  HaHa.

I didn't want to ruin my credit but with the economic conditions we are facing that's the least of the worries.  How to buy food and pay for heat and water is what we have to worry about.

And besides that debt was already paid twice.  Wow they are worst than loansharks.

ALL YOU CHASE CUSTOMERS FIGURE IT OUT, AND STOP PAYING THEM IMMEDIATELY.

AND THEIR INSURERS STOP PAYING THEIR DEFAULT CLAIMS, ASK THEM FOR CUSTOMERS RECORDS AND SEE THAT THEY ALL PAID THEIR DEBT TWICE. At 32% depending on the amount owed sometimes 3 times.

They ruin our credit and collect an already paid debt from the insurance company, so they are also scamming the insurance company.

And you who claim "screwed byObama", you are totally wrong.  The truth is you were initially screwed by Reagan with the deregulation of banking in the middle 80's, look it up its fact. Plus I used to work for a bank at that time and my employers were all very happy with that.  It gave banks an open door to do whatever they wanted for whatever reason at whatever time.

Then came W Bush and it got completely worst since most of these banks were contributors to his campaign, BOFA beign the largest donor.   Its the republicans who let the banks do what they wanted.

Some one calls from this number several times a day and don't leave a message !   When I answer they don't talk ?

They don't call me.  I don't owe them money.

They started calling me after they suddenly raised my interest rates so I couldn't make payments!So I put them in a contact group called "IGNORE" on my phone, with a SILENT ring tone! Result, NO calls.

I just got this phone and I'm getting calls from this number asking for the previous person and they don't understand that there is no one with that name here. What a pain!!!!!!

Collectors do not have to obey do not call...they are not telemarketers, they are collectors.

I have been called from an unknown number, all that is on the ID is "CALL", can anyone give me information on this call !!.

This number is calling me also, constantly, day and night, night and day !!! never leaves any messages !!

Everyone needs to file a complaint with the federal trade NOW even ifu owe them money they cannot harrass u like that I just took a credit counceling course they state they cannot harrass u like this

I agree with you. I called the number back after blocking my number and the guy asked for my acct number. When I said he had the wrong number, he asked for my first and last name. I said he couldn't have it bc I do not have am acct with them or do business with them. I suspected it was a scam.

Calls several times a day-all week, 7 days, but never leaves message on answering machine. I don't know if there is some law or something but others like GE DO leave a message. It is very frustrating and annoying!
Does anyone know if debt collectors are required to leave a message AND if the are supposed to call Monday thru Friday and only from 8AM to 9PM? I can not seem to get clarification on this. Also, if it is a business is it not REQUIRED that their name show up on caller ID? Curious to know these answers. TIA

It is Chase Bank. I don't understand why they are leaving any message, but keep on calling every other hour.

This number has called my cell so many times looking for Daniel Golden "I am not Daniel Golden" and clearly if these idiots listen to my voice message they would realize its the wrong number, but the  keep calling.  When I answer they hang up! I can called them to tell them to stop calling me! I'm not the person they are looking for and have warned them to never call again. Low and behold the idiots call a few minutes after I had instructed them to remove my number!

This number has called 10 times in the last 5 days. They leave no message. They even called on Sunday afternoon.  I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, but I guess that doesn't matter.

This number is a skip tracing collection agency for Chase Manhattan.

Got a call from this number. No message. Probably Chase.

This is not Chase bank but a computerized scam artist or a bill collector.  If you actually talk to them you will find they are trying to get money or private information from you.  I recommend to never answer the calls.

They have called a couple of times recently. I blocked my number and redialed the number a man who didn't speak very good English said Chase Aa
Acct Services and asked for an acct number. I told them they had the wrong number we do not have a chase acct. The idiot then said ok..., can I start with your first and last name. I replied, no you may not bc I do not have a Chase acct or do business with you. He said ok and hung up. They waited a couple of days and called back. No message. It is annoying how we get several calls like this for someone else I have never even heard of. I want these calls to STOP!!! We are on the do not call registry. They keep on I will file a complaint with the FCC!!
