It is a consumer survey. I called and it directed me to a site to have your number removed from their list... Www.informationcntr.com. There is a link towards the bottom of the page to put your phone number in so they stop calling. Hope this helps. I have 2 work phones and a personal phone and they called 2 of the 3 in the last 2 days.

I happened to be online when the phone lit up with this call. It said Rockville, Maryland and I know people in Rockville. I almost picked up, but, checked this site while it was ringing and saw that it was a junk call. Thank you for this website so we don't have to talk to strangers trying to bother us!

301-637-2628 is a landline from Washington zone 10, MD (Maryland).
So I am thinking it is political. No message. I don't pick up calls without any ID.
I will not pay to find out who made the call.
