Calls keep coming in all the time.  We have caller ID so I don't answer it at all.  I get a million others that constantly call and I'm sick of it.  I think they get paid by the number of phone calls they call whether they get an answer or not.  I also put a block on some others but I think they just keep changing their phone numbers.

littlesix, it was a pleasure speaking to you. As we discussed, MVSM is NOT associated with this number and has no connection to ACS-Frostberg. The calls and pestering you are receiving from them is upsetting to us. We hope you can resolve this issue soon.

Try doing what I did. Call back and fill up thier answering macine like they do yours. It may take a little time, but if we all fight back the same way we are attacked than maybe these harrassing phone calls may get a little less. When I find any affiliate company associated with them on the web, I call them too, to let them know what is happening. Perhaps when they loose thier contacts they will get the picture. I learned that all of the companies that are associated with the telemarketers do not always know what the folks are doing that they hired and how harrassing they are.  One they learn and if they do not do something about it, perhaps, they too can be held responsible.

this number called my home  phone, which i didn't answer because i didn't reconize it . the id said ACS FROSTBURG.

They called claiming to be from Aetna and wanted to know if I wanted to cancel my plan with Aetna.
Very strange.  They had way too much info and wanted more  I finally hung up.

This # keeps calling. i never answer, you would think they should get the message. How can i stop this # from calling?

sprint customer service

This number keeps calling wanting to collect on our Sprint bill which is not past due.  I called Sprint and they assure me that it is not from them and that they do not know who ACS is and they do not have them as their collection agent and to ignore their calls.

This number just called me and when I answered they hung up. I do not have Spring service, so I don't know why they would call me.

I had my cell phone changed with the same info. it is Sprint doing a check on the phone number to make sure that everything is correct. it is a test call on thier behalf. I recieved a recording with my call and it just says that it is a test call and no need to answer. its cool.

I received a call today from a Sprint Rep regarding a phone that was shipped to my office, but went back to their warehouse. She was calling to varify the infomation and to give me the new tracking number.

This was the number that Sprint Customer Care rep called my phone from to test when i was activating my cell phone.

This number is calling into Sprint Customer Care trying to make changes on my accounts.  This is a FRAUD COMPANY.  DO NOT ACCEPT CALLS OR AGREE TO ANYTHING FROM THIS NUMBER!!!

Do you have any idea who they might be? My phone was stolen and when we got the bill, that nimber had called it.

They've called several times and hung up on us every time.
