I have gotten several calls in the last few days from the Bethesda-Waldorf area.They are scum sucking debt collectors.I have been debt free for many years so they have no reason to call me.I used to answer their calls.They were always looking for someone with my last name.I would tell them politely that I did not know that person.That always set off a rage in which I was called a f***ing B****h,a liar,a deadbeat who wouldn't pay their bills...the list goes on. BTW,I called WETA-TV and they are NOT fundraising at this time.Besides,they usually do it on air and have numbers to call to support them.
  I have blocked 301-861-4539,301-710-5627,301-825-8343,301-825-8406.This company is National Enterprise Systems, head-quartered in Solon,OH. They also call from 201-977-2425 and 800-321-3453.My advice is to not answer any call that does not show a business name on Caller ID unless you want to be tortured every day at all hours.

These people called from an 866 number and once I got them to stop calling from that number they started calling from 301-710-5929!  Errrrrrr

really annoying considering she won't even call ME back!  LOL

They keep calling but do not leave me a message. Really annoying. Good to know that it's a non-profit calling for fundraising purposes.

Received a call at 12:25 p.m. today 4/4/09, on a Saturday afternoon.  No name in Caller ID, but as it was my area code, I decided to pick up.  A woman asked if(my name)was there.  I said 'yes, but to whom am I speaking?'  This dialogue all repeated.  She never responded to my query of who she was, and hung up.  If she was phoning on behalf of WETA (cGuy report) why didn't she just say so?  I contribute to WETA and would have talked to her.  I should have just let the call go to my answering machine.  I keep learning.  I used to be the soul of patience and politeness.

daily calls this week after 8PM - sometimes twice a night with 15 min. interval - have blocked with phone block calls feature, but it still rings once before cutting off

They've called three times already today (it's about 2 p.m. now) not to mention several times in the last several days. I also get calls from this group (Outreach) from different 866- numbers. Fortunately, they always hang up once the answering machine cuts in. Still very annoying.

It's a non-Profit fundraising organization, called "Outreach Associates". They called me on behalf of WETA public television.

I get at least one call a day from this number.  They hang up before the outgoing message on my answering machine goes on.
