Received a call from them purporting to be from National Mortgage Care out of Los Angeles, CA.  Told them was currently busy, but asked for a number to call them back at and was give 410-859-1111.  Both of these numbers are MD numbers not CA.

They said that they have a way to lower mortgage interest rates to a fixed around 2%.....

I received the call and when asked no one replied and they  hangup without saying anything
