This phone number has been calling constantly over the past several months, repeatedly hanging up even when I do answer, and not leaving a message. I am on the Do Not Call List, and these unsolicited calls are borderline harassing. I called back several times and they answered once, stating in a heavy Spanish accent over a line filled with static line that they had an offer regarding my gas and electric. I told them utilities were included in my rent, and they hung up on me. I'd like to report these people.

Called this number back and some spanish speaking guy who you cant understand said that he wants to talk to the person who handles the electric bill. I asked to be removed from their listing and he told me, " I will think about it". Don't ever let me see your companies number on my phone otherwise I will report you to the FCC,. Rude A** people.

Called, hesitated before he spoke. When he spoke it was not English so I asked to be removed from their calling list then I hung up. He called back three more times, on the second call I asked for someone who could speak English to no avail.
