Make them stop! They didn't even tell me who they were and call me everyday! They asked me to press 1 on my keypad if I verified my name and then hung-up.

I, too have been getting harrassed by the CDA group for at least 3 months almost every day, sometimes more than once a day. I have told them to stop calling. I have told them to take my number off the list. I have thretened legal action. They keep calling. Unfortunately my caller I.D. isn't working right now. I don't like to be afraid to answer my own phone. I can't stand it anymore. If the group is reading these comments...get a clue!! Stop calling us!!

Very annoying. They leave a recorded message - a woman with a faux-British accent. I've gotten a call every day for about a week. The recorded message isn't even completed. It cuts off.

Got call from 3192427342 at least twice a day on my cell phone. I finally decided to answer and an automated voice asked if it was me and if it is press one if not press two. I pressed two and didn't hang up and a woman came on phone and asked if it was me. I said what is this regarding and she said personal business. She asked if my address was ____ and I said no and is the last four of your ss# ____ I said no and she hung up. Called the number back and it doesn't even ring just disconnects. I say major scam so beware. If any investigators are monitoring this get these people before they take a bunch of innocent people to the cleaners!

I continue to receive automated calls from , they say, CDA Group and ask me if I'm (.....whatever the names is.... ) to press number if I'm that person, or something else if I'm not.  I've done that, and they keep calling me every single day at the same time.  How can I get that to stop?

I got a call from the same number. They wanted my personal information too and would not answer even who they were.  I assume it is a debt collector, but don't they have to identify who they are?

Got a call from 319-242-7342 said they were the CDA Group.  Different number. Used  my working not my legal name which I identify myself on my phone, then said press 1 if it is.  I hung up; they left no message.  I have no debts under my working name.  Do not know why they are calling,  Very strange!

they are  debt collecting group. You better check and make sure noone used your info. These people are debt collectors from the Md Dc metro area.

This number has called twice now, hangs up before I can get to the phone, leaves no message.  Others on here say it is CBE Group debt collectors.  Another site says it is a sales robo call from a company to collect debts owed to you.  I'm not behind on anything, and all I owe are my current utilities, etc.  Checked my credit reports, all is clean and clear.  Don't know what they want, but I wish they'd stay on the line long enough for me to find out what it's about.

Got a call from 301-882-9932 CID: Out of Area.
Researched number, bogus. Others have mentioned CBE.
Called to get their mailing address.

Yea, I know I owe for an early termination fee and CBE has been calling me for months now from several different numbers with several different area codes.  I don't have the money to pay them and I will not answer their calls- they just won't give up...... yikes!!!!!!

After filing an FCC complaint (again!), I called this number and spoke with someone.  They are definitely bill collectors.  Some guy named "Rick" gave them my number and they've been trying to find him to track down their money.  He must've just made up the number when he applied for credit somewhere.  I checked my credit report and there has been no suspicious activity, so I'm good.  They were actually pretty nice when I called them and they said they'd remove my number from their calling list.

I get calls from this company at least 5 times a week.  Never a msg. Number is from Maryland

I have received two calls from this number today.  I did not answer either one and no message has been left.  I have no outstanding debts that would have gone to a collection agency, so I don't think that is the purpose of their calls.  I don't plan on answering, especially after reading the posts on this board.

I also rec'd a call from this phone number didn't answer it I don't answer call's I don't know who the number is, more than likely some debt collector trying to be cute.  Didn't work again BAM!!!! :-)

Called my landline on Thanksgiving Day.  I didn't answer.

I have received a number of calls from this number also.  I let the answering machine get it.  No message is left.  Call ID has shown as:  CBE GRP, THE CBE GRP AT NUMBER 301-882-9930, AND CBE AT NUMBER 781-884-0695

That number calls my phone once a day and everytime i pick up, they hang up.  Getting old!

This number has been calling my cell phone for a month now. I answered once and all that there was on the other side was some sort of telemarketers noise. I hung up and have not been answering in case is come kind of scam to get me to answer and bill me for some ridiculous amount of money!

They have called 3 times today.  They have called every week for the past few weeks, not sure maybe months, phone log goes back 3 weeks but I recall seeing this number before that.  I ignore their calls.  I do not answer.

I too got a call from 301-882-9932 and a caller id of "new market, md".  It sounds like some kind of scam.  Don't give anyone information before you know who you're talking to.

I am being harrassed by the company who calls from this number and I'm going to lodge a formal complaint with the FCC.  This is getting ridiculous.  They call AT LEAST 3 times a week for the past several weeks.  Grrrr!!  <shakes fist in the air>
