these people call at all times of the day and evening asking for a person that does live at my house i tell them to quit calling to no end they keep insisting im the one that does not understand.

receive calls from this number BEFORE 9 a.m. .......it's against the law for calls this early.........they are making pains of themselves------no matter who they are.

Most cell phones have a lock feature to block unwanted calls. Just click on the #, click on options, scroll down to lock and click ok. When you bring up recent call info it should show the # with a lock picture. This is usually good to block the call for 6 months.

Call my phone about three (3) time a day never leave a message. I need a phone to block this number.

This company is Receivables Performance Management (RPM), and they are a debt collection agency.  If you research it on Google or the search engine of your choice, you will find that they are a shady outfit, with many violations of debt collection laws.  They call from various area codes, even from spoofed numbers, such as 847-000-0000.  Here are some of their other numbers:

If you have ever inquired about a payday loan or had one in the past, filled out forms on the internet they get your number and then start calling. It is a scam to get you to send them money. There are many numbers that are used for this scam. If you answer and they tell you they are from a law firm and they are calling to let you know that they have paperwork and it is being filed and they will send officers to have you arrested.  Mine said they were with the Federal government. I did not send them money. My daughter looked up the number and found that it was a scam and it is under investigation by the FTC and the Illinois States Attorney. The next time they called I told them I have just spoken my state's attorney and have filed a complaint. That number stopped calling but I get it from others. I just ignore them now.

Multiple calls daily. When I answer, they hang up. If I let it go to voicemail, they do not leave one.

I've been receiving the same calls. Everyday 2-5 times a day. Who are these people and why do they keep calling my job and cellphone. This is getting very annoying. When I call back to see who the caller is, I get a message saying "This number does not exist". How do these people get our information? How do we put a stop to these calls. Please let me know asap. I would like them to stop calling my job and cellphone. Thanks!

Phone number is 1 week old - they keep calling.  Placing on DNC and if continued, bringing complaints.

I'm getting at least 1 - 2 calls a day from this number.  I never answer any number I don't know...but this is getting VERY annoying

you can get a free app on the android market at least call call control. they have a community black list and you can add your own numbers to it also. you can zset it up to send directly to voicemail or to answer and hang up right away. this way they cant even leave a voicemail. i get these calls on my landline, and its been going on daily for about all this month :-/

How come the "do not call register" can't stop these a__ holes from calling my new cell number? I have a Trac Phone and it started as soon as I activated it.

These idiots keep calling me as well, the place is RPM or something like that.  I just got a new cell phone on Friday, and they immediately started calling.  A Middle Eastern man who called himself "Brian" stumbled his way through the English language, trying to tell me why he was calling.  I got so frustrated that I told him if he called again I'd have him arrested -- and then advised him to learn the language if he was going to take a job in a call center.H

I keep getting the number 301-882-9951 calling my cell phone several times a day and if I answer it is dead on the other end. This has become a problem for me and I want it to stop. How can I block this call on my cell phone?

I keep getting calls from this number and I am tired of it, i am going to report them to the police for harassment and more if possible.

I finally called THEM and it was some (presumably) indian man that said he was with a "law office" and he asked for my name. The man was very incompetent in understanding and inputting my name which I really didn't want to give him. I'm reporting these people to the local police.
