Similar to everyone else.  I reported them to the Colo Atty General's Office; would advise others to do the same in their state.

Got the same scam for Coors Credit Union, which I am not a member, so it was easy to spot.
Said that they had all my information, only had to do the reactivation procedure (press 1).

They're still trying this BS.  They called late at night stating that my debit card had been suspended, asking me to input my debit card number.  I called back to see who was running this ridiculous scam, and got voicemail for Riverside Management, with a female voice and a hokey menu.  The 301 area code is apparently in Western Maryland.  I called my banks and my credit union, and they said they couldn't or wouldn't do anything about it, but that my cell phone service provider might take action.  I'm mot gonna hold my breath waiting for THAT to happen.  People out there somewhere are falling for this crap, and it's outright THEFT, so I think maybe someone in fraud investigations or law enforcement should be alerted,  but so far I've not found anyone who seems even REMOTELY interested.

Received a call on my cell phone asking me to press1 and follow the instructions to re-activate my ATM card as it had been placed on hold. The 'phone number was 301-927-2683. I did not of course, the company name was not given. If this was true, The Bank in question would contact people directly.

P/C f:  (301) 927-2683 @ 1:51PM MDT.  Garbled message.  Searched the phone number via internet.  The number belongs to Riverside Medical Group.  They have a web page;  http://www.riversidemd.com/contact/team.html which contains the reference phone number of one of the management team.  This appears to be a viable business.  Could they also be victims to an entity who is using their phone number?

It was a great day today, except for the last call of the day. It was from Coors credit union. The nice lady (she sounded a little robotic, but whatever) told me that they were calling to verify my account information. Strange, I don't remember having a CCU account, but whatever. They were concerned about my security. Now that's service, right!? Don't even have an account there and they care about me. This nice lady told me to enter my 16 digit account number into there 24 hours help desk. Wow! Super nice! They stay up alllllll night long being concerned about, well, everyone. Gosh, I must have tried 35 different combinations. Finally, I realized I was just punching numbers. Well, the nice lady must have gotten tired after that and fell asleep. Our line was disconnected. Maybe she'll call back tomorrow.
