We also had an estimate done by West Shore and this number has called me every day for a week now and has yet to leave a message - talk about creepy! Only reason I figured out who it was is by googling the number and got brought to this site. Our estimate was also ridiculously overpriced - $12,000 for a front door and 2 patio doors AND it took 2.5 hours! Those things better be made of gold for that price! Even if I was interested in being raped over the cost of these items, I wouldn't do business with them for the sheer fact of them constantly calling and not leaving a message! Bad customer service all around!

I had the same company (Westshore) come out to give me a free estimate after being nagged at a Home Show Expo.  Over $4000. for one sliding patio door...I think not.  Ok so they claim to be one of only two companies who uses tripled paned doors & windows...but seriously.  Finally came down to around $2300. Yeah right. Still not happening :)

This guy (named David I think) kept calling me over a couple weeks, (and even again the same day!) after I told him no.  Terrible company selling windows.  I'll never do business with them.
