I just got a call from this number and it says Rachel Miller.  We do not know anyone with that name or number.

I have gotten several calls from the same person/number. Yesterday it was in the morning, today it is just before 9pm. I also assume it is for donations. I only give to charities where I can take the stuff to them. I don't trust where it goes for any others.

My guess is this person is calling for Vietnam vets donations. VV seems to use locals for this... a couple of years ago it was a DC 202 area code with a persons name on the ID. And this Rachelle miller calls too late.... always close to 9pm. I don't answer and no message is ever left.

Got a call from: MILLER RACHELLE today on 08/15/2013 at 10:04 AM.  It was a missed call with no voicemail.  

I did not call back to see what it was about.

Didn't answer the call since I assumed it was for clothing/household goods donations for a charity but I do not know which one.  Many charities now hire callers who work from home using their home phones causing their name to be displayed as the caller rather than the charity.  They are provided lists of prospects by the charity and do not control whose number is on the list.  This is why they give you a number to call to get off the charity's list.

Got a call from "Rachelle Miller" this morning (5/30/13) at 9:26am. Great tactic since I only answer certain calls and calls that early. I probably would have answered the call if I had been home.

I've been getting multiple calls from this number with "Miller, Rachelle" on the caller ID.  I'm certainly glad that I checked out this number on this website! I've donated clothes multiple times recently and have gotten calls for donations for years and the calls never come from a private number.  Very Suspicious. Going to block the call! It appears, from other people's comments, that this "Rachelle Miller" person has been harassing callers for at least 2-1/2 years!...I've gotten calls from 301-949-5764/Miller, Rachelle (while not being at home) for the past several days, but the person never leaves a message. I thought it was a political call (with the elections being tomorrow and all), but I guess not.....?

Rachelle Miller is back.  Called me twice today.  Have ignored calls so far.

why does she keep calling

Called, asking for my wife by the wrong last name.  I asked him what it was in reference to and he said he was looking for clothing donations.  I interrupted and asked why he was calling from a private number and he said he was calling from his home phone to save the expense of having to use a call center.

I told him his number would now be permanently blocked by software we use to stem these intrusions and he told me that if I wanted to be removed from the master list, that I should call a local number and request to be removed.  I informed him, I would be calling no such number and HE should request that I be removed since I was telling him I didn't want to be called in the first place.

He just started his blurb again about clothing donations, so I put him on hold and he eventually disappeared.
