I have been receiving calls from this number every day for the last two weeks. At first i was not answering because I didn't recognize the number. They would never leave a voicemail. When I did decide to answer to retool whoever it was to stop calling my phone, there was nothing on the other end. Every time they call, i answer, and I don't get any response, no automated message, nothing and when I call it back all I ever get is a busy signal. On another note, some of the comments left on here to other people leaving comments are surprisingly rude. E are all here for the same reason and there is no need to bash others on here.

I have been receiving calls from this number for weeks. I don't answer, so I can't report any interaction with them. Who are they?

This number called my cell, when I answered, it took a moment to connect to what sounded like a call center, when the person asked for me I simply hung up. I tried to call the number back it says "the number you dialed cannot go through". I think it's some form of scam.

My mobile number is in the national Do Not Call registry even though it shouldn't be necessary for cellphones, so I've filed a complaint with the FTC after I received two calls. I suggest others do the same. Complaints can be filed 31 days after you register your phone number at:
http://www.donotcall.gov/
Try to get as much information from the caller as possible to help the FTC.
This was the second time they called. I pressed 1 and got a woman named Leah who said the company was "Card Member Services." I asked where the company was located and she asked if I was interested in taking advantage of their offer. I asked for the location again and she hung up on me.

I'll answer and say hello, at this point I lay the receiver down and walk away. If they sound Pakistani or Indian I've got some real hot porn sound bits I play. My 15 y/o has been sharing some nasty sounding fart sounds and if Oprah's on I'll set the phone by the tv... Calls have diminshed greatly, and now I'm actually looking foward to the calls. The worst thing you can do is to take part in any conversation, now matter how short or curt. Once they understand you're having more fun than them they bug. Spy shops sell some interesting gizmos that may very well give you the upper hand in the harassment game if you so desire to spend the $$ to play..

The 302-232-3130 & 302-526-1234 are both registered in 2 different cities in Delaware however I answered the call from the first number and pressed 9 to talk to a live person. I asked the name of the company and was told Account Services in Orlando, FL. when I asked if I could be removed from their call list; of course, he hung up. I've been informed by others that everyone who gets calls like this should call the FTC at 877-382-4357 or go to the Federal Trade Commission website and file a complaint. So I have several numbers to list on that website.

I got a call from them on my private home line. Same story as above, but what's so funny is this: I'm debt free and don't have any rates to lower! When I told this lady this fact she got totally pissed and cursed at me before hanging up! LOL I have since blocked this number from access to both my home and cell numbers. BTW-Everyone getting calls from any unwanted number, if you have a blackberry download, "Mr. Number Block" it's free and it works!

Account Services and Cardholder Services call about once every 1 or 2 weeks. They're both scams. I have started pressing "1" to speak to a live representative. When they answer, I blow my husband's referee whistle in their ear as loud as I can. It may not keep them from calling, but it make me feel better!

Store the number in your directory, then set the ring tone to none. It works for me with annoying callers. If they ever call again, I never know it. also, file a complaint with FCC. Maybe if they get enough, they will shut these clowns down.

I got the 302 call. It was an automated dialer. I pressed 1 to talk to a customer service representative and they immediately asked if I wanted to lower my interest rates. I said no, but since this phone is registered for no call, I would like to ask who is calling. The "customer service rep immediately hung up on me. I called the number back and got the non-working number recording. They didn't call back, but after reading the posts on this forum, I decided to save the number in my phone book and set the ring tone to none. I do that with any annoying callers and problem solved. They can call all they want. I never know.

Same recorded message that we get from many different places and numbers. We can only block 12 numbers on our service, and most of them are this group! Then they call us again from a different number. I have seen reports that say they are based overseas and that is why they are so difficult to shut down. Don't fall for anything they say!

Report these people to the FCC.

This number displayed on my caller ID (indicating "Delaware") for a call I answered on 6/28/11. The caller indicated he was wanting to make sure my TV Guides have been arriving on time with no problem, implying that he was calling from TV Guide. He then went on to tell me that paper costs were going up so my subscription renewal price would be too, except that I was such a good customer that my costs were going to be going down. When I asked if he was actually from TV Guide he said he was with "Publishers" who I get my TV Guides from. The problem is I get my subscriptions directly from TV Guide, I didn't go through a third party. He told me to get the lower price I needed to renew my subscription for two years. When I told him this call sounded like one I got a year or so ago from someone implying they were TV Guide but who wasn't, and that I wanted his phone number so I could call him back after verifying with TV Guide that they were really a part of TV Guide, he said he didn't have a phone number. The appearance is this company tries to mislead people into thinking they are already doing business with them. They may actually be a third party that provides TV Guide, or they may be phishing for credit card info.

Telephone call to my answering machine with only a partial message left. It sounded like just a part of a pre-recorded spiel. Caller ID said Delaware.

Recieved this call twice. Once yesterday and once today. Both times I say Hello and no one answers. I have registered my phone for "Do Not Call" I sure wish this would work and they would stop calling me.

they have repeatedly called me; doesn't the phone company have to regulate this?

Just got my daily call from this company. I get connected and let the guy go on for a few and then tell him to get a real job and that his mother must be really oroud or else a real piece of s--- just like his scamming a-- and hung up. Then I get a call fro 714-782-1453 and of course it's little Mr. salesman himself telling me he knows where I live and he's coming over to so beat my a** and how bad he is. Please pray that he actually does so this phone harrassment stops. At least his phone harrassing wil stop.

This number has been calling over and over we have asked them to stop at no avail/ they keep asking for us to lower our interest rate, we are tired of being bothered .

Just completed the complaint form. If they would have just said, "sorry" and hung up I wouldn't have minded so much. But just to cut me off when I requested that they remove me from their call list was so obnoxiously rude that it motivated me to complain.

I am getting repeated calls from 302-232-3130. They say that they're trying to lower the rates on my credit card/cards. Every I get a live person and ask them to stop calling they hang up.

I just posted a complaint online with the FCC. I hope it helps to get this to stop.

I got a call yesterday from this number. It came in on my caller ID as "Delaware". Since I didn't recognize the number and I know no one in Delaware, I didn't answer it. They left no message.
However, I have my own small business, so after I get one of these calls I always backtrace the number through Yahoo People Search to make sure it's not a new client. Your posts on this site are helpful to me, because I now know this is definitely some kind of scam.

I stayed on the phone and told them I did not own any credit cards and asked to be removed from thier list, they hung up on me.
