You're so right! All this NSA snooping but we can't end these stupid calls? What a joke

Got a call from them.  Eventually got transferred to the people behind the whole thing.  They referenced me to http://worldlawdebtassistance.com located in Austin, TX.  Callers also called themselves "Economic Relief Center" and "Credit Card Assistance Center".  They have a Yelp page at http://www.yelp.com/biz/world-law-debt-austin so if you want to complain, that's one good place to do it.

Looking at the Texas State Franchise Tax system,  I can't find them under their assumed name of "World Law Debt".  The only one close (World Law Advantage) has forfeited the Texas State Franchise.  So, it's unclear whether the are legally operating as a Corp or LLC in Texas.

The BBB has an "F" rating for them (under the name of World Law Debt, which is a name provided on their web site), and they are NOT accredited by the BBB at this time.  Sounds like a company to avoid according to the BBB summary:

"Consumers complaints allege that after signing up with World Law Debt, consumers find that after several months no contact is made with their creditors by the company, a significant percentage of the money they pay into their escrow account is removed as fees, and/or they now have legal action filed against them by their creditors and are not able to get assistance from World Law Debt.  

Consumers further allege that no action was taken by the company on behalf of the complainant to resolve their debt, and thus dispute the fees paid.  
Consumers also allege that they have difficulty reaching the company.

Recent responses from the business indicate they do not agree with the allegations made by the consumer and are working directly with the consumer to reach a resolution."

Read the open complaints.  After talking with their representatives, I can't say I'm surprised about the contents of the BBB complaints.

Also gave me a call back number of 877-992-6739, seems to belong to TFC Credit Services.  They have a Yelp Page at http://www.yelp.com/biz/tfc-credit-services-costa-mesa and no apparent listing with the BBB.  The web site they have listed on their Yelp page is a parked domain at GoDaddy.  From corporationwiki: "Tfc Credit Services, Inc. filed as an Articles of Incorporation in the State of California and is no longer active. This corporate entity was filed approximately two years ago on Monday, December 03, 2012 as recorded in documents filed with California Secretary of State."

Adrian Katke, a principal of TFC Credit Services also was involved in a company called TFC Investments, where he was given a cease and desist order by the State of CA for violations of the Corporate Code, looks like for dealing in securities without a license.  http://www.dbo.ca.gov/ENF/pdf/2012/FinancialCorp_dr.pdf

Automated call stating that they could install a security system and place a sign in my yard.  I already have a security system, and I'm on the Do Not Call list.  Press 1 to speak to someone or 9 to place on their Do Not Call list... of course, there's no guarantee what 9 really does; it may add you to even more lists.

I called this number and a recording says if you want to be deleted from this call list punch any button, so I did. They do not identify who they are but hopefully I got rid of them. Thank you

Telemarketing number..call to my cell number.

I call today. I answer it. They don't say anything!

Spam phone call message about "recent bill passed in Congress. That'll reduce your electric bill by 40%" Deleted.

Today 11/25/13 2pm......they called my cell phone and I did not answer -- didn't leave a message....I never use this cell phone, just have it for emergencies.....

got a call form this number, said it was from delaware. Didnt answer, and no message left.

Automated advertizing call. Claimed to represent a federal program to reduce electric bills

Called me at work. Left voice mail. Selling solar panels for your home. Robotic female voice kept saying "press one now". "If you like to speak to one of our representatives, press one now". "If you own your own home, press one now". "If we called you in error, press one now". "Bla bla bla, press one now"... Telephone SPAM...  

Selling alarm systems...  blah, blah, blah.  Pressing nine seems to take you off the call list but they still call back.

5 November 2013, at 5:34 P.M.  central standard time. got a call from 302-225-4828. I did not answer, call went to voicemail.
Message was left regarding, large funding program, for solar power for private homes.....  " contact us if you own your home, and your electricity bill is more than $ 100.00  per month..... "

Truly - a scam. The recorder from 302 250-4828 says the FBI knows that we get broken into and they want to set a sign in your yard and a FREE alarm system. We all know that nothing is free and there's always a catch. The caller ID said Debt Relief but the recorder says free system. Called it back and reached a recording to be removed but when I hit 1 to speak with someone, this guy named Nate,. immediately gave me his cell of 206 489 6975 to call him directly.

Now, if they were on the real, why did he give out his personal instead of the business line that came through the board.

Stop this number

Received a call from (302)250-4828 this morning at appx. 10:25 a.m. pst.  I didn't recognize the area code so I didn't bother to answer the call. Caller left no voicemail.

Appears to be a spoofed phone number.

Unfortunately I have to take the call because my friends company has an 866 number.   Just don't get it.  these scammers want what they can get.  The only thing to do is when you answer hang up or if you don't recognize the number don't answer it.

Received a call at 8.55 am today and receive one on average every few days.  I do not answer.  I know it is a scam.  I think being on the DO NOT CALL list is a total waste of time as it does not stop these unwanted calls.  Calls show as coming from Ino Tech, which means nothing.  Sooner or later they will change their name and number when they realise most people are not falling for their C..p.  I have had calls from several different numbers in the past few years and I guarantee they are all connected.  It is either credit card, or helping with you credit history, lower payments, security systems.  I cannot imagine who would fall for these scams.  And do not phone back and push whatever number they ask you to, to take you off their calling list.  All that does is confirm that you receive the calls and they will continue to phone and pester you.

On my call log; came in at 12:42 p.m. (Boston, MA time).

They have been bothering us too dialing us over and over - I have never talked to them- just pick up the phone and immediately hit end- but they call back over and over- we are on the Don't call list which seems to be a joke as far as these pests are concerned.I  hate  to waste my limited call blocking   choices on them.  The caller ID seems to call them InfoTech- so god knows what they are selling now- whatever it is I don't want it!

2 calls 2 days in a row from these clowns.  Please FCC help!  We can have NSA monitor every call/email; but can't stop these bozo's... Maybe stick the IRS on them... LOL...

They call every now and then but I don't pick up numbers I don't recognize. They don't leave messages either so I'm just going to block them using an app I have on my cellphone, Block numbers don't ring and they can't leave messages even if they want too, block numbers automatically gets hunged up on lol
