I work for pharmacy benefit manager resolving escalated member issues and I received a report from a member that someone calling from (516)235-3899 from Better Off Healthy called her claiming to be working on behalf of our company to help them save money on diabetic supplies. I pulled up their webste www.betteroffhealthy.com and tried to call the 800 number on their website (800)123-4567 which is disconnected. I then called the number they called the member from which was answered by a gentleman who spoke very broken English. He started the call off telling me they called me about my diabetic supplies and an attempt to save me money in connection with my insurance carrier. It was very loud in the background as if it is a large call center with representatives sitting very close to each other. I interupted him and explained who I am and where I'm from. I asked him about a) their claim they are representing our company and b) why the phone number on their website is disconnected. He told me he would get his supervisor and put me on hold. After about a 2 minute hold of silence I was greeted by "Ryan" who sounded suspiciously like the first person I spoke with. I explained everything again and he assured me they do not ever claim to be working with my company. I asked him to reinforce the wording the representatives use to indentify themselves and what their company does so that there isn't confusion that they are a part of; or representative of. I was told he would pass it along...doubtful. As for the phone number on the website, they don't know why it doesn't work. This is all very suspicious to me.

I do not answer unknown numbers; caller does not leave voicemail; this has been going on for too long. STOP!

I submiitted a claim of a HIPAA violation as they had access to my health information and my work phone without my prior approval and were using it for personal gain.

Called and did not leave a message.

Just received the 4th call today from the Home care network,  I do not answer the phone when they call.  I'm registered with the Do Not Call register which does not  help at all.  I think the Do not Call is just another Obama fallacy....Bas___d!

This number has called me a number of times.  I picked up once and there was dead silence

I receive numerouos calls from this number.  They do not provide a means for you to opt out of thier calling list.  The peroson name was Debroah Hale calling form a an approved diabetic vendor,  Not certain what this is.

got a "real" person  i think said her name was  debra some thing and of course ask how I was doing today my response was not nice " why in the h**l are you calling me?" then the I am calling for  some company on your  insurance company approved  provider for diabetes what ever  when I told her firmly that my insurance company has a ~~do not share list and I am on it~~ she hung up even before I told her I don't have diabetes and I am also on the Federal do not call list reported her any way

I received a call today from this number. As I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, I decided to Google the number and arrived here. Thanks to everyone who posted here for the info.

CALLED AND DIED NOT SAY ANYTHING.

I've received phone calls from this number everyday for several weeks.  I am sick of it and it needs to stop.  There is not even an option on the recording to have your number removed.  Well, at least I believe that to be true but since the recording hangs up on me in mid sentence it's hard to say that for sure.

Called Back. Lady answered "Hello this is Deborah". I just kept silent until she hung up. Repeated
several times. She sounded like she Was Getting Very Annoyed

I received a call from this number the past few days and did not answer.  Today I did and it was a recorded voice telling me they wanted to send me free diabetic equipment. The recording asked if they could get some information from me, I responded with NO and then the caller (probably an IVR) said, "OK, good bye".

My number is registered on the do not call list...

The partial ROBO-MSG left on my voicemail was something to reduce my debt w/the IRS.????  But the web states the number is for some health care company!  
I dealt e/these idiots last year several times, reported them to the FCC & thry cease for awhile. Once again...THEY'RE B A C K!
SO...WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE???  Whoever they are "Please" make them STOP! Whatever they got I don't want!

I also get these calls,, very madding.  I have reported these calls to all places and just keep getting these   calls.
I finally had enough and purchased a Digitone call blocker, yes it is limited to 80 numbers but so every number I have blocked is staying that way.  So far so good.  It is a little costly but if I am not getting the calls it was I went there is no insurance company working with them.

Do not call my number again or I will file a complant with the FCC

I too receive numerous calls from this number and I am also on the national do not call list. This number also tried to facetime with me which I thought was very odd.

I keep getting phone calls everyday, many times a day from 1-302-257-5943. I answer and they hang up on me. I can not tell you as to whom it is from because they do not say anything. This is getting old! I have a daughter with medical issues and a dad who is dying. I do not need nor appreciate these people. How they got my number is a mystery. What can I do to stop all this BS?

I received a call from them today and I am on the National Do not call list. I did not answer it and they did not leave a message. I have block list on my phone and added them to it so I don't get anymore calls from them.

They are not giving out info. It is the mere fact that diabetes is so wide spread that it has come to  'throw enough sh*t at the wall something will stick', situation.

I call the number back n a recording says, "Please hold for the next available agent," then after a few seconds another recording says, "goodbye," and the call is disconnected. Who are you?!

Same name given to me today....same deal. No one here is diabetic.

They have been calling me on my secondary cell continuously. Sick and tired of them. They have called my parents too, playing this game of asking about their insulin...neither of my parents are diabetic. It is a scam. Sad that some elderly person who is a diabetic could fall victim to this scam.

Over the last few weeks, we've received 2-3 calls per day from a woman calling herself Deborah Hale.  She says she is selling diabetic supplies.  She also says she is calling on behalf of our insurance company.  No one in our home is a diabetic and we have verified through our insurance carrier that they have not authorized these calls.  When my wife answered one of Ms Hales calls, told the woman not to call again Deborah hung up.  She has continued to call.

Also on the "Do Not Call" registry. Representative (Deborah Hale) called to tell me I qualified for a free diabetes meter. When I stated I was on the DNC list, she hung up.
