This company calls almost everyday as indicated on my caller ID. They leave no message of course. Twice I answered, and a recorded voice said "hello, pause, then goodbye" and click. On another occasion, I decided to call back, a fellow answered, denied vehemently calling,knowing or having anything to do with me and hang up. I called right back and told him that "I don't have anything to do with him and or wish to recieve any further calls from him. Any call from him will be considered  harrasment and appropriate steps taken.

I got another call today and called the number back. It turned out to be SIMM Associates, a collection agency. Their website address is www.simmassociates.com. According to other entries on 800Notes under a different number, these guys are pretty nasty. I was not their target so I did not get the venum.

This is the strangest call yet. When I answered with "Hello" a recording said "Hello" at the same time. A few seconds later the recording simply said "Good-Bye" and disconnected.
