They certainly are a bunch of rude and senseless uncaring jerks.  Time to fire this pointless contractor to the federal govt.

Received a call for a person who does not work at our company and I don't know who they are. Was told that they worked there at one time. That's all well and good, but with the massive amount of turnover, I have no idea who the person they were looking for was. Got snotty and said that this was the last known number for them. I had to repeat 5 times that there was no one by the name they were looking for. They need to get a clue.

Called and did not leave a message

This number has been calling and leaving no message on my vm 20-40 times daily all week. Very annoying and wastes a lot of time and money.

I have a feeling of instinct this is a scheme from certain investigators from different agencies like Private investigators using informants in neighborhoods to do dirty work to harrass and torment people that are legitmately hurt and disabled. I know this may sound far fetched but its a dirty tactic used by private investigators. Hard to prove but if anyone can, you can take them all to court, especially local people that were hired to harass you. Hope this can help.

I receive this call every day from Sallie Mae and I do not have a student loan or any other type of loan with them. Are they getting their contact information from UPromise??? I did not authorize them to do that. If you call the number back, they ask for your 9 digit SS # first thing. Right, like I'm giving anyone that over the phone!

they call relatives etc trying to get personel information what is the name of this company

13 calls today!  Wouldn't it be nice if student loan debt could be discharged through a bankruptcy?

I answer the called and all I get is call Sally may back!

I have a feeling that this is more a scam to try and get your information than actually Sallie Mae. I was just called myself from this number and immediately had red flags raised when they couldn't find my account and kept asking for my Social. Be very wary of a call from this number.

i dont have  a loan from  anyone  much  less  a student  loan as  i am  62...i have  told them  each time  to  put me  on  no call list  and they  just hang  up and call again...shouldnt they be able  to  be  fined for  repeatedly calling  me?..i  , again , have  no debt  and  havent co signed  anything.

I've gotten 2 calls from this number for someone that  does not live at this number.
How did  they get my number?Who is the person?

This is SallieMae automation system to collect on student loans

Sallie Mae calls continually multiple multiple times a day....Payment is up to date and recent.

10 calls today. 6 in the past 6 minutes. Definately harrassment. Calls both of my numbers simultaneously.

I have told them to stop calling me.  It is my sons loan.  It doesn't stop them.  I get over 10 calls a day.  Just in the last 4 hours I have received 4 calls.

4 calls in 2 hours, no voice mail. They don't stop robo-dialing my cell phone. Harassment anyone?
