called my cell, Oct 22 at 9am.. no message, same as other credit card rate reducers in past I guess

Calls come from this number (302) 292-3891 but they never leave a message so I have blocked them.

Same here. They called my cell at 1:24 PM. I don't usually answer calls from numbers and/or caller IDs I don't know so...they left no voice mail either.

Same number called me. I pressed 1, and the guy said he was calling about my Chase Visa card (don't have one), and my limit of $3000. When I asked him the name on the account he said "Its Chase Bank Ma'am", and I said "No the name on the account", then he hung up. This is probable the 4th call like this I have had in 6 months. I'm in the Minneapolis area.

Same here - I asked specifically which of my credit card companies they were with and they named several companies, some whom I do not have cards with.  Asked them to email me their offer or that I would call them back and that I would discuss lowering my rate with the customer service lines at the company directly - they hung up.

They called me, and I could not pick up in time. I called back and got a busy signal. I'm sure it is another scam, because of the other reports on this site.

I just missed a call from this number a few minutes ago. I tried calling it back a few times and it was busy. I'm in CT and don't know anyone in Delaware

Just got a call a few mins ago from this number... no message left.

I just got a call from this number too. I added it to my reject calls list on my cell. I'm in Seattle.

Got the automated recording saying they could lower my interest rates (to a rate higher than one I already have) so I stayed on the line to find out. After fifteen or so seconds of somebody fumbling with a headset, the lady got a few words in before I got hung up on.

Another robo call scam.  To "lower" your rate they'll need your card number (if it was your card company, they'd already have your number - duh!!).  The only thing that will be lowered is your credit score after they rip you off.

I got a call about an hour ago, but I didn't answer.  No message left.
