My bank refunded the money pending dispute, and then later sent a letter that the dispute was settled with KEEP-HELP.COM

Since then, I wiped my computer by re-formatting the OS, and re-installing all software, including updated anti-virus/firewall software.

for scamming sites like the weird site called ACCESS24MEMBER.COM you should ask for the sites that were linked with your bill and try to find other billers that have the same records but its a different company or talk to the site owners , if there are other billers then you might be able to get your money back, just an thought for yesterday or today

also today I chatted with inside-cs.com and they can send email notifications of canceled accounts, they said they always send email notifications when an account is canceled

you chould get discover credit card since there is no forms when dealing with fraud and also citibank is ok but i saw a sign on a car that said something about not buying from citibank and citicorp

there is a site on your bill that you can use but i think they will only refund the monthly charges, just talk to the bank or your credit card company its more easier if you do that

I made the mistake too,of going in a porno site,thinking the stuff was free as publizied,and found out that it was not free. I cancelled some of the sites and got refunded my money back on my credit card,but these people charged me,then later cleared me,then after I got my credit card back in the green the 26th,today I find out these people charged me again.Now I'm    $-108.00 in the hole on my credit card. This company is in Great Britian,so I can't even call them to get a refund like the other companies   on this charge.So I had to make a claim to the bank and cancel my credit card.Because this might be a porno site,I don't think the bank feels any sympathy for people like myself.

My bank called this morning to report unusual activity. Thank God they did because when I signed onto my account to check my balances, keep-help and "lifelock" have stolen ovcer $1000 from me in the last 2 days!! My bank has reversed the charges but I've had to get a new card and I'm very ticked

Same thing just happened to me. Noticed a charge of $2.95 from prize-help.com on friday, then sunday changed to $29.95 from same company. Called the bank and they started a dispute. Then they told me per visa regulations you have to contact the company & have them cancel the charge & get an authorization number. Dumbest thing I've ever heard of. I spent a good 20 minutes yelling at this girl trying to get her to understand these people STOLE my card number & I am NOT going to call them or give them ANY information. UGH. So frustrated. They canceled the check card & are sending a new one but I'm seriously thinking of changing banks.

The problem is that no one wants to deal with after the fact (since it is not a big $ amount)and they will continue to victmize people all over the World.

Same here... Prize-help.com, Techassistsite, GLXBilling..... All fraudlent companies that are making money on the people who doesn't pay attention to their credit card bills.  Why no one can stop them?  How can we put a class action lawsuit against these mfs?

Just had to charge back a $29.95 item listed on my ledger with this number and keep-help.com. was thinking visa could revoke their merchant account but am not sure how that works and don't want to invest the time to find out. This is as far as my do-gooder doings go with this. good luck to those who have trouble resolving. they shouldn't if it's a visa charge. take care

Credit card just got flagged for two charges from keep-help.com for 2.95 and 29.95.  Also fraudulently charged $1 by Napster and yahoo wallet.  I haven't used my credit card for porn or anything else shady, so I don't know how these people are out account numbers.  Needless to say, account has been closed.  I would like to give Mastercard fraud investigation team credit for quickly identify this security breach.

I signed up at a adult site on the 6th called incrediblepass.com , are these the same people ?

I forgot to mention the first thing we did was CANCEL THE CREDIT CARD, then we disputed the charges.  The bank sent us a form to fill out to initiate the dispute.  The bank re-imbursed me for the funds "temporarily" until the dispute is settled permanently.

Four charges mysteriously appeared on our VISA from "KEEP-HELP.com 302-295-3951.  As others have found,the phone number is not in service.  The charges were:  2.95, .06, 29.95, .60.  Have cancelled the credit card.
