i got the same thing, as you did, and i have spoken to them twice. I really got mad yesterday and the louder i got on the phone the louder the guy on the other end got as well.

I have received 5 calls from this number. They used another name instead of mine. The name they used happens to be my exwife's current last name now. The guy got very irate on the phone. The conversation started with we will be bringing legal documents to your home on monday. They said they were representing an attorney and all they had was a name and phone number. Upon continually asking the guy on the phone he finally said my number was given as a contact number by the person they were trying to get the court documentation to. If the person doing this continues, i will find someway to contact you back. This is very annoying.

Have received several calls from this number. I don't answer phone calls unless I know who is calling. If it's that important, they can leave a message and I'll call you back. These clowns can call all day for all I care. I'm really good at not answering my phone.

After calling three times ina row, I finally picked it up and the man on the phone said that they were trying to mail some legal papers wanted to confirm the address. I asked where they were calling from and he said Civil Procedure Department. I asked from where? He said GMS or something. I have no idea told him he was calling the wrong number and I hung up.
