NEVER respond to these calls from your own phone, unless you can set it to not reveal you under caller-ID.  Best way to do this is to find a pay-phone and call back.  Using your own phone, always block caller-ID (make certain this option is real, as I have found many phone services have two levels of blocking, a basic one that most people will receive no info, but many do -- police, hospitals, and for some reason Home Depot-like stores can read the number {not the name}, and the second where the info is not sent at all).
If you call back unprotected or actually leave your number, the know for certain that your number is real, and then will keep calling it... This is just like giving spammers your e-mail address by responding.  A foolish thing to do.
I'm guessing this is either a spam-call or a debt collector, but since I didn't actually get a live person to stay on the line, I can't be certain.

I also keep getting a call from this number, at least 5 times a day for the past 3 days and I also signed up for a fastweb scholarship

I just got a call from this number and guy was very rude and I asked him not to call me back.. Guess what 2 minutes later he called again!

Someone keeps calling from this number and will not leave a message or say anything when i answer the phone and if you call the number back it goes to voice mail and says "please leave you number and it will be removed from the call list in 3 business days"

I get 3-4 calls a day from this number. I am on a DNC list. At this point, I think that DNC list is a joke. No one is paying any attention to it.

I got a call from this number twice, three hours apart.  Didn't pick up the first time but when I picked up after the second call, there was no response on the other line.

I have had several calls from this number. Its gotten to the point, if I do not recognize the name or number, I do not pick up the phone.

My fiance has been getting random calls all day from businesses that have nothing to do with us.  This number is listed as a moving company.  None of the callers ever leave a message.

I answered the call.  It is a college recruting service.  A year ago I took my GMATs and started looking into MBA programs.  I received a ton of calls from colleges asking if I was interested.  The calls eventually stopped until this one. However, this woman didn't realize I had already received my undergrad degree.  She thouhgt I was looking to receive a bachelors degree.  If you call the number back, there is a pre-recorded message 'Thank you for calling the call removal service.  Please leave your 10 digit # and you will be removed w/in 2-3 business days.'

I received  5 phone calls from this # and 2 voicemails but as soon as I listen to the voicemails, there is no message. Whoever it is hangs up and does not leave a message. I would like it to stop.

Same story here... called earlier today and when I answer, they hang up! This is quite inconvenient especially if you are in a meeting.

This number called me about a half hour ago.  I googled it and found this 'who calls me' website with the complaints.  I did answer my phone, the person asked if I was 'my first name' and that I had inquired about tuition anf what program was I interested in taking, I said no I haven't and I don't know what you are talking about and the line went dead.  This is kinda scarey, are they fishing for info? This was on my cell phone so I will go to the Verizon website and block this number from calling me again, I just hope there won't be anything show up later.

Not for me.  I've been getting 2 t0 3 calls per day for a week and today I received 4.  I'm just about to have my phone tapped so we can trace these calls.  Deleware is a long way from my home but I think I'd like to pay this clown a visit. I suggest that some of you others who are being irked by these incessant intrusions, talk with your carrier or service providers to see what they can do.  In the mean time I'm contacting the police in the area from which these calls originate.  A pain in the a** is one thing but I'm reading that this clown is intimating he wants to talk with women, some young ones.  That's crossing the line.

Got a call from this number beginning yesterday. Didn't answer to not recognizing the zip code. They are still calling today. I haven't distributed my # to anything.

This number called me three times while I was at work today. The 3rd time I answered but didn't say anything. It was a woman with a southern accent. These scam calls need to stop. I've registered my number on the do-not-call list a bunch of times and that hasn't worked either. I would just ignore the call or pick up and tell them to f*** off.

I got a call from this number a lot.  I wasn't around to answer the phone, but this person called and called and called.  I want to know who it is.

I called the number back and it said if I want to be taken off the list leave my ten digit phone number, did so will see what happens,  just don't answer it, maybe they will get tired of paying for their own service which has no outcome.

I recieved a call from this number today as well and I was wondering who it was. I know someone who lives in Delaware and thought it might be them but it said, " Thank you for calling call removal system.... kind of weird because it doesn't tell you what organization its calling you from but I feel that it has to be a scam.
