I just bought this phone and very few people know I even have it not to mention it doesn't have a name attached to it so how can I even have a dept with them?

i have just  started  receiving the calls from them and i think it needs to stop because my kids only 11 and they want me to give info on my child i said no to them but they still call how do we get them to stop calling some of us are busy people and dont need the drama in our day help

They never leave a message and when I did answer would not indicate to who the debt was owed.

called me my work asking for my teenage daughter and then refused to tell me who they were or what they wanted; asked me to confirm her home number and I refused. very rude-told me her "issue would just remain outstanding forever" I said fine and hung up.

They refused to tell me who I was speaking with but said I owed them money. I hung up

i was threatened..

It is from a debt collector and based on what the google search of this company found, a rude and unethical one.
