West Assett Management. It is a debt collection agency with a shady reputation.They have been calling us at least 1 time a day for about six months now over a debt that we know nothing about. They use many different numbers.The number they used before was (903)891-1397.

I am so impressed with this website.  These are the exact numbers that are calling me over a debt, that I do not owe.  Go figure.  Thanks for helping me.

I have been receiving calls (multiple) from this number and for some reason they never leave a message! They call at all times of the day and late evening. This has beenn very irritating. If they are a reputable collection agency as per above comments, then why can they not seem to call in the normal business hours and. or leave a message, which one could return?

now i finally understand where all these calls for extended warranties are coming from. it all becomes very clear. I am not going to pay these idiots a dime.

We've been getting similar calls (an expired warranty, etcetera) from 302-384-0104.  Is this also West?  I've dealt with them before...they're idiots.  They told me I owed $200 on an old car loan, which was apparently from $6 in unpaid fees or something, and they tacked on their stuff on top of it.  I paid it off, no problem, I had the money...but it took them THREE YEARS of my calling them constantly to finally get them to send me the title to the car.  Idiots.

Call him at 402-498-6493, let him know if you have a problem with his debt collectors.Ask him why he using a Delaware area code and number out of a Texas area code 903, his collectors didn't have any explanation for me.

I have recieved calls on my cell phone from 3 separate numbers (including this one) in different states about a hospital bill that was suspended years ago.  I have resorted to screening my calls and researching the numbers on the internet.  Thank you for the story, it helped me.

302-384-0116 is also West Asset Management.  I have been called by them from that number.

she is a person at a collection agency, saying she is with a law firm and that I am being sued for not paying a hospital bill.. VERY rude woman... I dont know how to enforce a law of her not calling. I actually have proof that this bill was covered by insurance... yet she is very rude and calls constantly. All bad, all wrong. I forgot to add this above.  The company too calls me and hangs up, the 3-4 times per day now. About every 1.5 - 2 hours. Today, Saturday, 1x this a.m.  The Company is called West Asset Management.

This number is calling me 3-4 times per day on my cell by computer.  First call, I picked up and a computer anouncement.  A Consumer Activist Attorney mentioned to contact a party on their cell (not home number) by computer calling is a 500.00 penalty per call.  He said it was a crazy law and only applies to contacting people on their cell.  I redialed 302-384-0115, got a lady Michelle, tried to explain the law.  She stated the computer is a IVR ? and mentioned it was legal.  I called the attorney back, he mentioned she did not know the laws.  I also told Michelle the call on my end was recorded when we spoke. She did not tell me to stop and said OK.  I have it all legally recorded they know their calling my cell with a computer, it appears to be collections?  Michelle hung up on me when again I tried to explain nicely the law quoted to me by a Consumer Activist Attorney.
