constantly getting calls with no one on the other end. no body to answer the phone call when i call back
have no idea who this is but they call at least 4 to 5 times a day at all hours of the day and night. finally
talked to someone at a diffrent number and would not answer any of my questions, only wanted by phone
number   what a scam, contacting phone carrier and local police, this is a scam

Solutions, look up the phone number on line "whos phone number is this", then look up the company name on line, NOW call them back and scream at them. When they call you, you call Them.I keep a list of the clowns calling me  with the corperate phone numbers.PISSES them off cause now they have to field your call instead of taking care of their businesss. I tried to reason them by asking them not to call, press 2 and you will get a full voice mail box. Call the Attorney Generals Office in your state hear what they have to say about the telemarket calling your house on the phone you PAY for. Invading your privacy, the search and seizure of YOUR phone number that you pay for......they will b***s*** you about the freedom of speech these clowns have. I talked to Tom Corbet of Pa. about this on the phone several years ago. This was the one reason the telemarketers were allowed in our state. I asked him about the freedom from invasion of privacy and illegal search and seizure on a telephone number.......said something to the effect he did not see things this way........I asked him if he found something green, while the hearings were going on. Guess he did not realize he was insulted at the time and asked  if I wanted to be placed on the permanent do not call list. I asked instead of me being put on a list, NOT to be called, how about if I sign up for the clowns TO CALL ME LIST........his reply was funny, cause he said no one would sign up on the call list

Call 267-798-7013  this is the supervisor who sets up the installation for the security systems that they are trying to push down our throats by calling every day.    When I answered the strange number one day they offered a free home security system. This women called me to set up the installion and said she is the supervisor for peerless network the installation company for the free GE home security system.   Call and tell her you want the system installed and she will think she has a sale   Try to get more info to post so they will stop this robo calling

At least your getting calles. They have reported me to the three credit agencies for $51 that I don't even know about. They have never called me. They just reported it, dropped my credit score by 67 points, and BTW let me mention I don't have a legitimate number to contact these idiots!

This # called my husbands cell today claiming he owes a Sprint bill from many, many years ago. A VERY high amount was asked for. Totally bogus!

I have received two calls from this number today.  I do not answer them and they do not leave a voice message.  I have not tried to call them back.

They just called me.  What is so bad is that they only let it ring 2 times so it is just harrassment - not that I would have answered it anyhow.

I set up a contact called RPM - and then as each one of these numbers come in - I assign it a new lable such as Main A, Main B, Main C - and can store limitless numbers using a variety of labels for this 1 contact.

Per R called today from (Per R 302-394-6833) I have no idea who they are, first time they have called me. They did not leave a message.

This number called me at 10:40 last night... WTF?!?!

They are most likely criminals. They pretend to be debt collectors. They phone you and ask for someone else. In the process of proving that you are not that person, they steal your identity.

Got this number just blowing up my phone all day today, it shows on caller id as receivables per..............no idea what it is.

These mother $#@*%$# keep calling. If you cannot leave a message then stop the damn calls. Idiots like you need to be taken out back of where you are calling from and beat the crap out of you. Stop calling cause no one really gives a s**t what your calling about

They have called me from this number and 888-212-7408 and 240-210-7113. They must have crap loads of phones sitting at their desks.

these ppl call me from like 5 different numbers while im in class, so i cant answer it. but on weekends i ignore the call and sometimes they leave a message and sometimes they dont but when they do, i can barely understand what theyre saying. its sooooo annoying! and one time i called back by accident and someone answered, but i hung up cuz it was a pocket dial

I, too have been receiving calls from companies looking for a James Coburn.  What I do is tell these people that he is outside, but hold on and I will go get him.  This person does not reside here, nor do I know him, but what the heck, I just put the phone down and let them wait until they hang up.  Perhaps if everyone did the same, the calls will stop.  Good Luck

Thanks for posting the additional #'s. This is the 1st time Iv'e had a call from 302-394-6833, but get them often during the week from 240-210-7113. Now I will block both!

I think this is  Receivables Performance Mananagement, a second hand debt collection company in Washington state.  They  continuely harrass you whether or not you are the person they are looking for.  Search this website for one of their other numbers 703 291 9039.

The company has a website that lists their address, and several 800 numbers.  I´m not sure if complaining to FCC would help.

Been harassed by this compamy 302-394-6833. Asking for Arron Beaver. There is NO ARRON anybody. Ive told them to stop calling me. The reply was I will call as much as I want till I get what I want.And they dont have to take me off of there list.  They have messed with the wrong person.  Call me again. YOU SOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELVES, IF NOT IN JAIL...

Thats just 2 funny..These jerks called me and said I owed them for a Suncom Wireless account (which is a pre-paid service) and I have never had an account with them so I asked them for documentation they told me they didnt have it..So what did I do?? I called the company who bought out Suncom and checked with them and when they said I had never had an account with them and did not owe them money I had them send me a letter and then mailed it to the stupid jerks at RPM..Guess that did no good cause they called me again today! But now I have mailed them a cease to call order so they will have to leave me alone!! I even paid the extra money for them to have to sign for it so they cant say they didnt get it!! I think they are just trying to scam people!! I also reported them to the FCC but not sure if that will help!

While its unlikely to do much to stop these calls, if they've decided to waste my time, I think I'm now obligated to at least return the favor.  It's just the way I was raised :)  Although I'm sure their 'break room chat" includes discussions about "the suckers" using this tactic...that only makes it MORE fun to think up more novel ways to keep them on the phone while I go about my day.

Sometimes I'll yell out, just loud enough for them to hear, "Honey (or David, Tom or Susan...), are you coming?").  The possibilities are endless....Variations include:  "These folks haven't got all day.  Should I just take a message?"  Or,   "I told them you were on your way.",  or a personal favorite, "Johnny, go find your father and tell him he's wanted on the phone."

They have call center metrics they have to meet and their job would be history pretty quickly if they just hung up on people all day.  I don't blame them for that.  Those folks are either (1) lazy or, (2) ashamed of what they're doing to earn money.  - NOTE:  I don't buy for a second the argument that "at least they have jobs, earning $ for their family, especially in this economy." – or -  "I'm just doing my job".  That argument echoes a previous poster's observation that Hitler's guards were just "following orders".  A stretch I'll admit, but prostitutes and drug dealers work to put food on the table, too.  

It's not a question of character.  It's beyond that.  If they've decided to earn money hassling, threatening, and sometimes terrifying, their fellow man over old and at times non-existent debt, their character has already been clearly established.  Your Mother and kids would be so proud.

Been getting calls from this number from the past couple of days now. I refuse to pick up because it's a number I don't know. When the answering machine picks up, it goes straight to hold and has left multiple 5 minute elevator music messages on my phone before someone picks up, never says hello, then hangs up. From what I can find, it's a debt collection company, or a serious scam. Beware!

This is the third number this company has called me from.  Out of 10+ tries, I've answered two of their calls.  If I don't pick up, they don't leave a VM.  When they asked for so and so I advised they had the wrong number and to remove my number from their system.  Like others have said, the people claim to not know what number they dialed.  I have blocked their numbers, especially since they're calling my cell phone, but within a couple days a new number calls me.  I have also filed multiple complaints with the FTC and now the FCC.  From what I can find online they appear to be in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act since they're using an auto dialer.
