received call yesterday

I received a call from this number today 8/16/11. I called back and a recorded message offered me a chance to win a Walmart gift card or to provide further info to stop receiving calls. I hung up and checked this forum. Hmmm.

Just got this call a few minutes ago, i'm in Ontario, Canada.

I do not know who keeps calling from this number???
