Call from this number yesterday.  Caller Id said First St. Orthop.  I did pick up and it was a lower interest rate nonsense call.  The odd thing is the Id seemed like it was a business.   I don't know how they tap into people's phone numbers for this stuff but man, what a racket they have going.

Good thing they pay attention to DO NOT CALL registry!

Got a call this am on cell.  I wasn't able to answer. They left no msg. Did some research to find it is a Delaware number, not work related, not friend or relative, and not bank or insurance l use. If they call again, I hope I am able to answer so I get a name.

I got a call from the same number at 9:32 am EST.

Just received a call from this number also. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. By reading the posts, I am glad that I did not answer.

Didn't get to the phone in time at 10:14 a.m. No message left. Called the number back. Got a busy signal, then no answer.

Just received the same call as the others... didn't answer.  Cellphone is with Verizon

Got a call 40 mins ago from this number, no message. Called number back(let it ring about 300 times) and no answer.

Called at 8:30 in the morning, does not leave a message and does not answer when you call back!

I do not answer unknown numbers so I do not know for sure what they wanted.

They did not leave a message so I can only assume they were a telemarketer of
some sort.

Got a call from this number this morning. They are pretending to be Citi Card agents and said they are having a promotion to lower my interest rate to 6%

I had a call from same number, 17 hours ago !!!  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

i just received call from this number and it does tell you to press 2  if you dont want any further calls from that number....since i just got this call for the first time we shall see if i get any more calls...shows Newark Delaware on my caller id.

aller ID'D as Newark DE.  302 451 6980    Did not answer and no message was left. Scammers!!!!

Got this call a few minutes ago. Hung up as soon as they answered.

They hung up on me when I told them I do not have a credit card balance and now I have tried to called them back and they will not answer !!!!  SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT WORK WITH THESE CROOKS.

Report these calls to your State's Attorney General, the FCC and FTC. Recent investigations by some states have led to successful prosecution/convictions.

I never answer numbers I don't immediately recognize and don't have an identifying caller-ID.  Glad I didn't now. =\

10 min ago - Calls my cell phone w/automated "lower your credit card rate to 6%" msg,  said to press 1 to talk to a live person. I did so. Person had a terrible accent, referenced my visa card. When I mentioned his accent and said I couldn't understand him, he hung up.

Cellphone call to "lower your rate" when I pressed "1" to get to an operator and asked to be removed from the list they hung up, after calling back there was no answer.

I just got this call on my cellphone. The caller ID said "Newark, DE." I didn't answer it, and it went to my voicemail. It's a robocall from someone peddling a "lower your interest rate" deal.

Calls my CELLPHONE with an automated "lower your credit card rate" message and then asks me to press 1 to talk to a live person. I did. Asked them to remove me from their list. Dude hung up on me.
