According to Robbins Diamond I have been receiving a caller ID listed as Delaware Robbins

I just received a phone call from someone asking to speak to me or my daughter, claiming to be a chimney sweep company.  I promptly told them I wasn't interested and they hung up.  Am curious if they are a debt collector looking to see if someone answers using a different caller id other than 'unavailable' or an out of state phone number.  I've had some collection agencies calling and keep telling them that have the wrong number yet they keep harrassing me.  I've taken to blocking most of their numbers but perhaps this was a work-around??  

I filed a complaint with FCC about this caller before.  At that time, they identified themselves as Diamond Chimney (but only after I had to clarify several times my understanding of what they were saying).  I was eventually hung up on.  Today I received another call, and again after a couple of clarifications, was told the call was from Diamond Duct.  He was trying to ask me if I have oil or gas, but when I asked him if I do business with them, he promptly hung up.  Unfortunately due to the government shut down, the FCC site is shut down.

I just received it.  Came up on my caller id - no vm was left.

I received calls from this number, on 9/5/13 and 9/10/13. I didn't answer either time, but after second call, I got curious and I called back twice. All I got was the sound you get from a Fax machine. From this point on, I will ignore any future calls and hope this gets resolved this in a timely manner.

Getting calls from 302 453 9442 daily.  When I call that number it sounds like a fax line.  I have call block on my phone and have it so it will hang up on the caller.

got several calls for weeks with no one on the line.. Today someone was there and asked for Mr or Mrs and had our last name. He was foriegn and hard to understand. when I told him I had not heard but part of what he said he said they are a chimney company what kind did I have oil or wood. When I said both but I didnt need the service beause my husband takes care of it he hung up on me. I almost called back to tell him that was bad business and very unprofessional but decided to look up the number and as said here it comes up as from Robbins Diamonds. Hope they catch them. Maybe if they call again I will set up an appointment and call the police.

Got a call claiming to be from a Chimney Sweep - had my husband's name.

Reported to fcc

called Robbins to report repeated calls.  was advised their fax# 302-453-9442 was hacked and they reported it to FCC.  to report any these calls call FCC 888-225-5322 with ref# 13-T - 01250759.

Received several calls from this number. Nobody answers. Very annoying.

this is the FAX line of Robbins Diamonds in Newark, DE. sometimes they can't dial correctly.

Got a call on Aug 9 and on Aug 12.  Web search indicates it is Robbins Diamonds making the call.  No voice on the other end of the call.
