Got a call from this number....They left a message it was about a job interview...but no number to call back at!! Frustrating, Can not in in contact with anyone.

We have received phone calls (about 9 ) in the past hour.  My husband is recuperating from back surgery and the calls are very disturbing!!!!!!!!  They sound like a fax number.  How can we stop this?

When answered, the tone sounded more like a fax machine trying to send than a telephone call.

This telephone number is a line used by Bank of America Credit Card Division in Delaware to make calls to customers for various reasons - that is why there is no answer when we call it back.
There is a toll free number to call if you wish to speak to someone - 1-866-965-1506.

This call was from Card Services, I had applied for a credit card a week earlier and they were calling to discuss some of the information on my application.
Very courteous, told me which organization they were calling on behalf of and it was indeed legit.
They do the screening for various banks and instituions.

I received a call from this number about 15 minutes ago. I had my phone on silence so I didn't see the call but the woman left a message. She knew the name of the card (it was one of those rewards cards) and that it was a visa card and she mentioned my last name after she said this was not a sales call and to call back right away as this had to do with my account. She did not mention what the issuing bank was, which I thought was odd.

The number she gave me was 866-803-9731. I called the number and it was a fax machine.

Just to be safe, I called my bank (because I also have a checking visa account that is also in the same rewards program-the only way you would know debit from credit is the color of the card) and they said no one tried to contact me for my debit card and to call my about my credit card. I called them, they said the same thing. Either Debit card or Credit Card department recognized any of the numbers that called me.

It's very weird.

It is just bank pf america. They are verifying the request for a credit card that you probably made

I received another call today from this number and I told them that their number is on the net as a scamming number.  The lady (Amrit) told me that they are legit and she gave me her name, where she was calling from and told me that they call for all banks that want them to check out and approve credit cards.  
This is evidently a legit card service company.  I am supposed to receive my credit card in 5 - 7 business days.  If any thing goes wrong I will post it.  If I do not post by 7-15-09 then you can consider this as a legit phone number.  The 877-665-5023 number that she gave me allowed me to get back in touch with her to verify that she received my fax to 877-625-8405.

I just double checked the 800 441 7048 number.  I put in the ext. 23543 and that is when the guy said "you have reached Bank Of America" he did not give his name.  When the computer answered the 800 number it said "Welcome to card services" "If you know your parties 5 digit ext enter it now".

I called the 302 number again to see if I got the 800 number and I did.  800-441-7048  I called it and got you have reached the card services of Bank Of America.  Then I got this message "If you know the 5 digit ext of the person you wish to talk to enter now".  After waiting and getting this message 3 times I began to enter a random 5 digit number beginning with 3 and it immediately hung up.  I called back and randomly entered 23543 and I got a message from a man that I could barely hear and I could only pick out a word once in a while.  He did give an ext. number for the help desk 24453.  I called that and got a recording for the help desk.  It is a holiday 7-4-09 so I will try again Monday.

I received a phone call at 9 AM cst today 7-4-09.  The female caller's name I did not catch.  Said that she was calling to verify a recent credit card request that I had made for my business and that she needed to verify the credit limit amount.  After asking a bunch of questions - address - income - 401k - ira - cd's - etc.  She wanted me to fax a utility bill with my resident address on it to 877-625 -8405.  We hung up.  My wife tried to find out who the phone number belonged to and could get nothing on the net.
I tried to look up the fax number and got nothing on the net.  I tried calling the 302 number and got the recording "Thank you for contacting Card Services.  The number that you have reached is currently inactive."

I will contact my bank on Monday and find out why they got my info if they are not legit.

Said they were from an airline credit card company and wnated to verify info- they had lots of my credit/financial info - very unnerving!!!!

While working in the office one night I kept getting continuous calls from this very number about once every 5-10 minutes. Upon answering the phone all I hear is beeps coming in about 2-3 second intervals.

Very creepy, maybe a sign I shouldn't be in the office as late as I was.

I tried calling the number back and got the same response as shk.

I get calls from 3024575367 about once a month. They never leave a message. Just call and hang up. Very annoying. Did a reverse lookup and the number originates in Delaware.

i recieved this call yesterday and i do not know who this is from, but if it is regards to a credit card then let me know.  call me back then but leave a voicemail becasue i usually am at work

Received call in response to inquiry made the following day with respect to my credit card - inquiry was made in general terms - not specific; therefore, somewhat surprised to have received the unsolicited call.  Upon concluding a brief conversation in which the called expressed details of my account, I attempted to return the call; however, I received a message stating "Thank you contacting Card Services.  The number that you have reached is currently inactive."  It went on to give me a toll-free number to call.

Got message from (name was said too fast to pronounce -- possibly on purpose?) saying they were calling in response to an online request. They left 866-421-8147 as a call back.
