Caller ID shows this as "Card Services", which tends to be a credit card deal. They never leave a message, so it's most likely solicitation.

They call me several times per week. Whenever I answer the line is just dead and then hangs up. I did a search and it says it is from MBNA.

They keep calling even when I ask them to stop.

FIA card services, which is part of Bank of America. This also includes other banks that have been bought by Bank of America such as MBNA, and many other small and medium sized banks that have their cards serviced by FIA card services.
Could be sales but many of these calls appear to be from card security. Either way, as such they would never leave a message or speak to someone else for fraud reasons.

This number calls daily at 9:19am. If the mesasge is that damn important leave a message on the answer machine!!!!

302 is a Delaware area code. Probably a credit card company I don't bother to answer.
