Man with Indian accent wanting access to computer saying that a problem had been detected with my computer and wanted me to enter sometthing into my computer to solve the problem.  He gave me this number to call back.since I was unwilling to do so.

As motz states, clearly Indian, call center noises, eager to get access to our malware infected computer - SCAM

A "Windows Services" rep, clearly Indian and sounds of a calling center in background. Notifying me that we are downloading malware and that our security software has expired. Yeah, right.
