Got a call from this number early Friday morning (10/25/13).  I didn't anwer the call because I didn't recognize the number. Caller ID listed caller as "Paul, W. Monig" which is very similar to Paul W. Montigney, M.D. listed for Wilmington, DE but last 4 digits of phone number is different.

I received a call from this number this morning on my cell phone. If the call is credit card related, they obviously don't do their homework because I haven't had credit cards in 15 years...

I too got a call from this number at 8:43am. Did not answer as I did not recognize the number. No message left, just annoying to have all these calls come in regularly!

Got called from this number and missed it. Thought it was my big job opportunity I missed, good to know that wasnt the case. I called back and got the busy signal, tried again and got through to ringing but no answer. How do these people get away with calling at 8:30am?

Called my cell number about 3 hrs ago (~10:00 EDT). Caller ID didn't recognize it, so I didn't answer.  No message left.

This number is from Wilmington Delaware and is a landline phone number associated with a "credit card" company and is all automated. It offers to lower your credit card interest rate. (which is ironic since we have no credit cards at all)

They ask you to press 1 now if you want to lower you rates or press 2 to stop these calls. DO NOT PRESS 2!! If you press 2, it confirms to the autodial bots that your phone number is live and hence they will call again at the same time hoping you will answer. I reported it to the FCC. I am on a do not call list for home and cell and this call came to my cell phone today, twice-10 minutes apart!!

my number is listed on the do not call list. i have a nj # and live no where near it. amazing how fast this thread grew this morning. they called about 3 hours ago. Did not answer.

I had the same thing happen to me in the middle of a meeting.  Caller ID did not recognize the number nor did I so I did not answer.  No Message was left. Tried to call the number back after the meeting and all I get is a busy signal.  All I know is that it is from Delaware and it is a Verizon number.

I got a call from this number this morning also.  They called my cell phone and I am on the do not call list so I am not sure how they got this number.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  I do not even have a credit card.

Called me but I did not answer and I won't bother to call them back. It is obviously a scam.

This number just called my personal cell number; I'm in FL with no connection to this number. Has anyone researched who this number belongs to? I'd like to know why they called and hung up?

Same happened to me ....called at 10 am, I didn't answer and no message left... line busy when I tried to call back. After reading this, will "Block Caller."

Got a recorded call telling me that my eligibility for "lower rates" (did not specify on what) was about to expire, and to press 1 to take advantage of the "lower rates." Called the number back and got a busy signal. Reported the number to the FCC.

I just got a call. Caller ID says Wilmington DE.  It was a recording. " This is your credit card company. If you want to lower your credit card rate as low as 6.9% press 1 now. If you no longer wish to receive these notices press 2". I pressed 2. Called my credit card company. No such program!!

This number called me while I was driving so I couldn't answer. They didn't leave a message and it only rang briefly.

Got a call from this number as well this morning at my office desk phone. Caller ID. Didn't recognize it, so I didn't answer it. No voicemail left.

Just received a call minutes ago from this number as well. I Didn't answer. I have a DE phone number but live in PA. What's the connection between all of us that received a random phone call from the same person, as well as the same time. How and where from were all of our numbers acquired from. I know my number, the one this number called me on is my personal cell. I'm interested to know if anyone speaks to someone from this #.

The same thing happened to me about an hour ago.

I had the same thing happen just now.

Their recorded message was something about "ACCOUNT SERVICES" and when I pressed "1" for a human, I got some Haitain sounding man who when I asked what company this was because I could not understand him by his accent and extremely loud background noise, he hung up.  Obviously a violation of Federal Law without permissible purpose to ever call anyone.  Reported to DONOTCALL.GOV.  

Got same "lower your intrest rate" recorded message. Pressed one to speak with a person. Was trying to get more info because I knew this was a scam. I asked the person what credit card company or banking institution they were representing and I got immediately hung up on. SCAM!!!

They call and nobody is there. You call them back and there line is busy.
