This number is listed as belonging to public television station WHYY -- I assume they're fund-raising??

Called fed trade commission to file report. Recommend others do same especially if you get name of company. # is 1-877-382-4357.

I got the same call, and told him to Never call back. I reported this as abuse due to him specifically asking for my ccard#.

302-778-3970 called but left no message.

Called  me 3 times in one day no message and of course no answer when called back.

Calls and leaves no message.  I am on do not call registry.

I received a call from them this morning at 8:30. I ignored it and they didn't leave a message. Thanks for the heads up about the credit card interest rates. I'll make sure to ignore them from now on.

Just got a call from this number. In a sleep deprived stuper answered it.
"Hi thus is Heather and I want to discuss your credit card account."
I don't have a credit card. This was a computer generated call.
Husband also got one on his cell phone within the past week.
Shows up on caller id as "UNKNOWN CALLER". Really hatte
these companies.

Just received a call - left no voice mail. They have already called my house phone and my cell phone. I have talked to them and told them to not call me again - but they just did.  When I did talk to them, they were very vague about which credit card they were calling about.  but insisted they could lower my interest rate - I said perhaps I should call the credit card company and ask them to lower my rate - they hung up on me.

called today at noon two times.  Missed both calls.  They left no message.

Got call wanting to offer lower interest rate on CC but needed my CC # which I did not give them and hung up. Said was from chase CC but called chase and they said no.

Caller ID showed: WHYY EDUC SERVI
Message left on answering machine started during the outgoing message, but it's doubtful that a company name was listed.  What remained of the message was the usual "Card Services" scam spiel; limit time offer to lower interest rate on my (unspecified) account, just have to press "1" for an operator, etc.
The Caller ID name was spoofed, so odds are the number is too, but I'll block it anyway, just in case the call again.

Received call today asking if I would like to lower my credit card rates.  Caller did not identify herself. These calls really irritate me and my wife.
