Several calls a day, leaving threatening messages to call my Supervisor, if I don't return their call.  First of all, they try to take a payment before it's due.  This causes numerous overdrafts and all the fees with it.  It totally defeats the  purpose of a "Pay Day Loan" to help you get by until payday.  You end up with all of the grief anyway, and then some.   Very, Very, demanding people!  If they only knew...their attitude makes you not want to pay them at all.  EVER!

I received a call today at my job from a John who immediately called me a "dead beat" and that he would see me in court. How rude is this!

THIS COMPANY IS FROM PAYDAY LOAN YES.  IT IS LOCATED IN 2 STATES.   IN DELAWARE AND IN UTAH, DID I MENTION THEY ARE OPERATING WITH OUT A LICENSE IN THE STATE OF UTAH, THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY IS  GLENN FITZGERALD.   THEY ARE VERY NASTY AND RUDE CREATURES.

Called my job, women with an accent. Called again the next day,
as for a person whom I don't know.  Called another time, they never
leave a message.

This number is Payday Loan Yes (shows up as Frontier something)... they are attempting to collect on a payday loan on you or they have you down as a reference for who they are trying to collect on... They are very persistant and will call and call in the same day. Multiple reps call from this number. Not very nice people.

Called about a hearing.  Didn't answer.  Have been served no papers in regards to this.  Stated was calling from First Nat'l.

These people live by their own rules. They don't care if they call your work and reveal the nature of their call to one of your co-workers or your boss. Get even, call them back and just keep pressing the number keys on your phone. If a woman calls, turn the tables on them by getting personal about their lives (i.e. are you married, what do they  look like,etc what is your sex life like, etc.....) then they will hang up on you.If its a guy, get them to tell you their real name (they won't give it), and then tell them you can't work with a dishonest person and you would  never give out info on the phone anyway. Have them send a so-called bill in the mail (which they won't)...........so bottom line, harass those A-holes!!!!!!!!!

I received the same call today and I am amazed at how rude these people are!  Is there a law against them calling your job or harassing you?

I wish I knew how to block this crap anybody got any ideas?????

Very rude and extensive use of foul language. When I called the number back another individual answered and Identified the company as Payday Yes.
The call was received on my phone @ 4:29 pm CST. I would like someone to locate the individual who placed the call to 504-250-1456 at the time listed above. I'm,fully aware that all calls are being recorded, so there must be a record of that specific call in question that is listed above.

Called 3X in 1 day asking for Catherine , told 1st caller wrong #, didn't answer 2nd, told 3rd caller that this was "3rd time today", she told me no it wasn't (really moron, pretty sure I would know...) wrong number not to call back, no call for one week, just called and I missed, forgot the number so I called back, got John, what a prik.  Also on my cell phone...

Called repitiously without saying anything, when I called back appeared to be a 1-800 number for a PayDay Loan company.

I'm having the same thing happen to me. I never took a Pay Day loan. I keep telling them that. Now they call and hang up or threaten.

Two people, a female and a male, have repeatedly called from this number asking to speak to a "Brian." I have told them over and over again there is no Brian at this number. On the last call, when I told the woman on the other end once again, that there was no Brian at this number, she told me I was ignorant and hung up on me!!!  I am determined to find out who or what this company is and pursue them for harassment. There must be some kind of law against this.

I've received 7 calls from this number. They have left a few messages looking for Melissia (not me) I called to let them know they have the wrong# and I received a message "this is John. I'm in the office, not at my desk. Leave your name, tele.# and your social security#." Right leave your ss# LOL

I have answered calls from this number and then nothing. No message is left when I do not answer. Finally, I called the number back, "this is John may I help you?" I asked what company is this and he refused to answer and hung up. Another called was placed and a female answered angain refusing to identify the company and hung up. 3rd call person answered and said this is Payday Advance. CALLING MY CELL PHONE.
